Baby Tate’s Skimpy Two-Piece Post Takes An Unexpected Turn

Baby Tate, born Tate Sequoya Farris, is a dynamic rapper, singer, songwriter, actress, and record producer. She entered the music industry in her teens as “Yung Baby Tate” and now, at 29, she’s starting a family of her own with partner Michael Silvera and their soon-to-arrive son, Blair.

Recently, Baby Tate performed heavily pregnant as a special guest for Chappell Roan’s show, wearing a skimpy two-piece that exposed her baby bump. Many fans applauded her strength and looks. But one claimed they weren’t impressed.

The second slide of the three-photo carousel zoomed in on her glowing baby bump, prompting a flood of adoring comments. “That’s a beautiful baby bump,” a fan admired. Another added, “Omg you've always been pretty, your baby made you prettier.” Several fans who learned about her pregnancy from the post sent their congratulations.

Tate admitted that when she got the call, she asked if Roan knew she was pregnant, and when the team assured her they knew, she didn’t hesitate to jump aboard. At 34 weeks (around eight months) pregnant, she took the stage and delivered a high-energy performance that “amazed” fans.

A fan commented, “You showed up and showed [the f*uck] out!” “It was incredible,” another added. She even “gained some new fans” from the performance. They commended her “breath control” and were ”amazed” she could perform so well that far along in her pregnancy.

Even Baby Tate acknowledged her performance because her caption read, “Kinda can’t believe I just did a show at 34 weeks pregnant and ate it up the way I did… sexy af and strong as hell.”

Her strength impressed everyone but one user who commented, “We do everything pregnant. I’m not like super amazed or anything.” Contrary to the troll’s opinion, however, mothers and fellow expecting women in the comments applauded Tate and thought she was amazing.

Other trolls in the comments attacked her outfit. “This sh*t looks so nasty, like cover up,” one wrote. Her look, however, inspired other fans who even encouraged her to “show the world that being.”

On the first day of fall, Baby Tate posed in a flower field, flaunting her baby bump again in a three-piece white outfit. The look featured a cropped top, a thin long-sleeved jacket, and fitted drawstring pants.

“You look so cute pregnant,” one fan commented. Another pointed out her resemblance to her mom, Grammy-nominated singer Dione Farris.

Baby Tate has kept her dating history mostly private, revealing little about past relationships. But she confirmed her current partner, Michael Silvera, when she celebrated his 30th birthday in December 2024, calling him “my love.”

In June 2025, she announced her pregnancy (and the name of the unborn baby) on social media with ultrasound photos captioned, “Blair says hi.” Fans congratulated her in the comments, though one asked, “Where’s the ring?”

Previously, however, someone had excitedly asked her for the wedding date, which she responded, “Hmm, probably spring 2026, but [I don’t know for real].” So, it appears a wedding will happen in the near future.
