Sean “Diddy” Combs, who was recently sentenced to 50 months in federal prison, faces very strict post-release conditions.
The embattled music mogul has also requested to serve time at FCI Fort Dix, with his lawyers pushing for the facility due to certain benefits, including family visitation.
However, a famous ex-inmate warned Sean "Diddy" Combs about how violent the facility is, noting that inmates "stabbed" each other for "whatever" reason.
Diddy's Post-Prison Special Conditions Revealed

Just a few weeks after being sentenced to over four years in federal prison after being found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, Diddy is facing a strict set of post-release conditions aimed at rehabilitation and accountability.
According to TMZ, court documents filed on Wednesday revealed the former music mogul will be required to participate in outpatient treatment for both substance abuse and mental health issues.
Diddy must continue taking any prescribed medications unless otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
He will also have to complete a domestic violence intervention program, a condition tied to the widely publicized 2016 hotel hallway assault involving Cassie Ventura.
In addition to these rehabilitation-focused terms, Diddy must submit to searches when requested, avoid all contact with his victims, and is permanently barred from owning or having access to firearms or any other dangerous weapons.
The Rapper Wants To Serve His Sentence At Fort Dix, But Has Been Warned About Potential Violence

So far, no prison facility has been officially assigned for Diddy to serve his 50-month sentence, though Judge Subramanian recommended placement near the New York City metropolitan area.
Diddy’s legal team has requested that he be housed at FCI Fort Dix, a low-security federal correctional institution in New Jersey.
However, that request has drawn caution from a former inmate. Joe Giudice, best known for his appearance on “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” advised Diddy against serving time at Fort Dix.
Speaking with Fox News Digital, Giudice claimed the facility has a reputation for gang activity and violence, recounting an alleged stabbing incident between inmates during his time there.
"They just like stabbed each other as they're walking across the track," Guidice recalled. "It's like you've barely even seen anything, but you know, they just like stabbed each other for whatever reason, you know, whatever it was."
Why Diddy Has Shown Interest In Fort Dix

Although Giudice has his personal reservations about Fort Dix, his lawyer, James J. Leonard Jr, painted a different picture, telling the news outlet that the facility is seen by many as "a pretty easy place to do time."
Leonard also stated that Fort Dix has a Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP), which Diddy's lawyers highlighted as part of their reasons for requesting that the rapper be sent to the facility.
Giudice's lawyer claimed that the drug abuse program at Fort Dix is highly sought after by inmates, as those enrolled are separated from the general prison population.
"You're in a different housing area with other participants in the program, all of whom have been carefully screened, all of whom have to be both legally and clinically eligible," the attorney explained.
According to Leonard, another benefit is that if Diddy is assigned to Fort Dix and takes part in the "very intensive therapeutic program" for one year, he could have time removed from his 50-month prison sentence.
O.J. Simpson's Lawyer Blasts Diddy’s 'Arrogant' Pre-Sentencing Mistake That Cost Him His Freedom

Before receiving his sentence, prosecutors revealed that Diddy had already begun making arrangements for a public speaking engagement in another state, a move that sparked backlash from legal experts.
Harvard Law professor and former O.J. Simpson attorney Alan Dershowitz sharply criticized the decision, calling it a blatant show of arrogance and poor judgment.
Speaking to Fox News Digital, Dershowitz described Diddy’s actions as “a slap in the face to the judge,” adding, "I can't imagine anything more stupid than that. How anybody permitted him to do that … It's just a slap in the face to the judge. It's outrageous. I can't imagine any lawyer or any responsible person allowing … I would have quit the case."
He went on to say that if he were Diddy’s attorney, he would have refused to represent him under those circumstances.
"I'm not representing somebody who is so stupid and arrogant," Dershowitz noted.
The Rapper Teared Up As Family Tribute Video Played During His Sentencing

Diddy’s eight-week trial, which featured testimony from dozens of witnesses, concluded on July 2.
During his sentencing, the court was shown an emotional 11-minute video montage highlighting moments from the rapper’s life, including clips of him with his children when they were young and recent footage of his kids expressing love and admiration for their father.
The video portrayed Diddy as a devoted parent and philanthropist, underscoring his charitable efforts and community contributions, which his defense team emphasized throughout the hearing.
As the footage played, Diddy reportedly broke down in tears while watching the family scenes unfold in the courtroom.
Robert Shapiro, partner at Glaser Weil and one of O.J. Simpson’s former attorneys, told Fox News Digital that while such family testimonies can be deeply moving, they also open the door for greater judicial scrutiny.
