According to The Daily Mail, Aniston partnered with Pvolve to promote the program's Longevity Bundle. Her workout sessions reportedly inspired the package with Dani Coleman, the VP of Training and Head Trainer at Pvolve.
Pvolve's Longevity Bundle was designed to help women build lean, functional strength, boost their metabolism, protect bone density, combat the effects of aging, and promote overall health. A press release shared on Wednesday, October 15, echoed similar sentiments.
"Strength isn't just fitness—it's the ultimate anti-aging secret. And Jennifer Aniston is doubling down. With Pvolve, she's discovered a smart, safe, and powerful way to build muscle, increase load, and support longevity," the message partly read.
Additionally, the collaboration between Aniston and Pvolve supported a good cause. $1 would be donated to Women in Medicine for every challenge completed. The donations would then be used to support the organization's research in women's health.

Months before Aniston wowed fans with her abs and strength, The Blast shared that her trainer had spilled the secrets behind her ageless physique. Coleman noted that the TV personality's stunning figure was a result of her love for challenging workouts.
Coleman explained that she trained Aniston using Pvolve's key system, "Strength & Sculpt, Sculpt & Burn, and Progressive Weight Training." The trainer prioritized using resistance and heavier weights in each session to improve the actress's strength, stability, and overall health.
Additionally, Aniston's routines weren't fixed but tailored to match her schedule and mood. Coleman explained that their training sessions could take an hour or less; however, she ensured Aniston got some form of exercise daily.
Jennifer Aniston Revealed Her Cheat Meals

Although Aniston prioritized daily workouts and strength building, it did not stop her from having some relatable cheat days. The Blast covered the story, reporting that the entertainer had days when she needed a little pick-me-up to feel better.
Aniston revealed that when she couldn't spend time with friends to improve her mood, she enjoyed staying at home and "making some sort of comfort food like pizza nights, burgers, or Mexican food."
If she wasn't in the mood for cooking, Aniston chose to visit her favorite restaurant and have a drink or two. Taking time to breathe was something she took seriously after nearly wrecking her body with excessive exercising.
