From a chaotic shore house to a busy household of five, "Jersey Shore" star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi knows a thing or two about managing the smells that come from the people closest to her. That's why the reality TV icon has teamed up with Lysol to launch its new initiative, "StinkCheck," a no-drama way to handle those awkward conversations about odor-causing bacteria.

The MTV veteran, who first captured hearts around the world as an original cast member of "Jersey Shore" in 2009, has partnered with Lysol to promote its Air Sanitizer, the first and only spray approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to kill airborne bacteria and viruses while eliminating odors. The product also helps reduce the spread of illness-causing pathogens like cold, influenza, and coronavirus in the air.
During a conversation with The Blast, Snooki explained her reasoning for partnering with Lysol, admitting she's "always been a fan of the brand" and that the company's products have been staples in her home "for years."
Snooki, who's now a busy mother of three, two of whom are athletes, explained that the extracurriculars can generate many unpleasant smells in her Jersey abode. However, she explained that the "Lysol Air Sanitizer" has been "saving my life," adding, "It's a big part of my routine."
Snooki Gets Real About Handling No-Drama Conversations About Odor In Her House
As part of her collaboration with Lysol, Snooki is also launching "StinkCheck," a no-drama way to handle the "stinky" conversations with her loved ones about unwelcome odors.
"I just tell it like it is," Snooki told The Blast. "I’m like, 'You guys, it stinks in here! I don’t know what we’re gonna do, but we’ve got to figure this out.'"
As she went on, Snooki explained that her mudroom is "my biggest issue" because her children's football and cheerleading gear take up so much space.
"I’m like, 'You’ve got to leave some of it outside because my mudroom is starting to stink really bad,'" she said. "Now I have the whole family spraying the Lysol Air Sanitizer too, so I don’t have to do it all the time."
Luckily for Snooki, the conversations with her children aren't "awkward" — just real. "I’m just like, 'We’ve got to figure this out because you guys are causing a stink,'" she said.

And when she's not at home, Snooki is focused on building her brand, which includes The Snooki Shop and her wine business, Messy Mawma—ventures that came after years of trial and error.
"I'm just proud of myself that it actually happened and manifesting is a real thing, and it happened," she told The Blast. "I feel like once I had my kids, I was like, 'I have to be serious with my brand, so let me figure out what I'm going to do besides filming.'"
She continued, "I'm just proud of myself that I did it, and I've always wanted to be a mom and kill it at being a mom – a working mom – and I'm doing just that. So, I'm happy!"
What Can Fans Expect During The Next Season Of 'Jersey Shore: Family Vacation'

Snooki is also balancing her businesses and kids' schedules with filming the "Jersey Shore" spinoff, "Family Vacation."
The revival, which began airing in 2018, features the original cast and showcases them like never before in locations such as Nashville, Tennessee, Miami, Florida, and, as of 2025, the original shore house in Seaside Heights, New Jersey.
According to Snooki, viewers are in for an exciting second half of Season 8, which will showcase Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola's wedding and the birth of her child.
Would Snooki Film Any Other Reality Shows?

In the spirit of revival and trending reality series, The Blast asked Snooki if she'd consider switching lanes and filming any of the newer competition shows, like "The Traitors" or "House of Villains."
"No – I'm a fan of them, but no, just because I can't leave my kids for more than 3 days now. That's a big commitment! That's like how we used to film back in the day, like you're stuck in the house with cameras all over you for a month and a half, and I wouldn't be able to see my kids, so no, I can't do it," she said.
"So no, I can't do any of those competition shows. I need to be a mom. I'll freak out if I don't see my kids for more than 3 days."
