According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD), Mark Sanchez was arrested following a violent altercation on October 4.
Police reported that Sanchez and Tole were both hospitalized with serious injuries after an incident in a downtown alley.
"Detectives believe this was an isolated incident between the two men and not a random act of violence," IMPD stated at the time.
