Singer Sia's estranged husband, Daniel Bernard, is going big and definitely not going home!
The vocalist's ex has asked to be awarded a whopping six-figure sum in spousal support amid other equally crushing bills as they advance into their divorce process.
Singer Sia filed for divorce from Daniel Bernard in March after 26 months as a married couple, noting that irreconcilable differences ultimately tore them apart.
Singer Sia's Estranged Husband's Demands Include Contribution Towards His Legal Fees

Bernard made his demands known in court today, telling the judge that he would need $250,856 per month for spousal support. He also wants his ex-wife to pay approximately $300,000 towards his legal expenses, including an additional $200,000 for forensic accounting fees and costs.
Bernard revealed that they lived a pretty luxurious life as married couples, spending between $400,000 and $500,000 on monthly living costs.
He shared that they had about 12 staff members at their Toluca Lake home, including a butler, personal chefs, a stylist, a housekeeper, two masseuses, and an IT specialist.
Bernard added that he has also remained without any source of income since April 1, as the singer withdrew funding for their joint business, Modern Medicine.
According to TMZ, he stated that he received monthly payments from the singer until October 1, 2025, and now needs a level playing field so he can get back on his feet.

This is not Sia's first rodeo down the road of divorce, as she severed marital ties with her first husband, Erik Lang, in 2016. The Blast stated that Sia confessed to finding it difficult to move on from the whole marriage, and she slipped into depression as a result.
Seven years after the divorce, Sia explained during an Apple Music 1 interview with Zane Lowe that the divorce dealt a blow to her creative process. Although she found the gift of songwriting very useful at the time, seeing them through became a difficult task for her.
The light, however, came at the end of the tunnel when she regained her creative prowess and turned all her writings into beautiful pieces of music. The efforts culminated in her album "Reasonable Woman," which she was promoting at the time.

The performer was married for a little over two years after their lavish, yet intimate, ceremony at Villa Olivetta in Italy. The home belonged to designers Stefano Dolce and Domenico Gabbana in Portofino.
Sia filed for divorce with quickness, citing irreconcilable differences, and also made an essential request concerning their child, Somersault Wonder Bernard. The singer expressed her desire to gain legal and physical custody of the 11-month-old at the time.
She noted that her estranged husband had the liberty to visit their children based on her discretion and also requested that any possibility of spousal support for her ex-husband be terminated.
The Media Personality And Her New Lease Of Life After Her Autism Diagnosis

Sia spilled in 2023 that her official diagnosis of autism answered many questions she had asked all of her life, especially why she seemed so odd among her peers.
Sia provided straightforward facts during a podcast appearance with Carolyn Wiger, stating that the past 45 years of her life were spent proving a point: she is human.
The Blast shared that since receiving the doctor's report, she entered a new phase of life where she identified and embraced her unique experiences and also adopted sobriety as a way of life.
"When we finally sit in a room full of strangers and tell them our deepest, darkest, most shameful secrets, and everybody laughs along with us, and we don't feel like pieces of trash for the first time in our lives," the singer stated during the discussion.
Sis emphasized that it was necessary to release secrets and shame and create space for genuine love and understanding to thrive in an open environment.
Singer Sia's Not-So-Secret Admirer Pulls Up With Marriage Offer

Despite her marital challenges, the singer has not failed to attract advances from men willing to settle down with her and give love another chance. Harry Jowsey revealed his plan while promoting his Netflix show, "Let's Marry Harry."
He spoke about his undying admiration and love for Sia while reporters met him at LAX airport. Jowsey's love for the singer was so intense that he even promised to ditch his plans to marry on TV should she accept his proposal.
If Sia appeared on the show as a contestant, Jowsey shared that it would make the experience twice as fun. He described the 49-year-old as an interesting character with whom he shared a close friendship and relationship.
Back in July, Sia took her to her Instagram to promote her pal's show and dispel rumors of a relationship brewing between them.
