Sean "Diddy" Combs is reportedly grappling with a whirlwind of emotions following his sentencing on prostitution charges.
A new report claims the rapper didn't believe he would actually spend time in prison, having already spent months in detention during the trial.
The sentencing has now allegedly left Sean "Diddy" Combs shocked, "anxious," and "depressed," with added fears that he may leave prison completely broke.
Diddy Is In 'Total Shock Right Now'

According to a news outlet, sources close to Diddy have shared details about the rapper's emotional turmoil following his 50-month sentence for prostitution offenses.
"He's in total shock right now," said an insider about the rapper mogul, who stood frozen like a statue when Judge Arun Subramanian delivered the sentence in a Manhattan courtroom.
The rap mogul, who has already spent slightly over a year in jail while awaiting trial, is said to have thought "he'd get out with time served."
His belief was repeatedly buoyed by promises his lawyers had made to him, to the point that he even booked a speaking engagement for the week following his sentencing.
But not only did he ultimately get a harsh jail sentence, he was also slammed with a $500,000 fine. Additionally, when he finishes the sentence, Diddy will also face five years of supervised release.
The Rapper Is 'Terrified' Of Coming Out Of Prison 'Broke'

It goes without saying that any speaking engagements Diddy had planned have now been canceled due to his current situation.
The same likely applies to all other projects or commitments the rapper might have pursued had he been released on time served.
"Now all his plans are in limbo," the source confirmed, adding that all the other "deals he had in place are on hold."
With things now falling apart, the rapper is reportedly weighed down by growing concerns about what will happen to his finances while he serves his sentence.
Reports claim he has already spent around $15 million on legal fees for his trial, a figure that will likely increase due to the nearly 70 civil lawsuits he still faces.
His incarceration also means he can no longer personally oversee his various business ventures, and together, these factors have left him "terrified of coming out of jail completely broke."
Diddy Is 'Depressed' But Still Hopeful About Getting A Pardon From President Donald Trump

Mentally and physically, the situation has taken a toll on the rapper as he awaits transfer to his designated prison.
"He's anxious and depressed and out of shape. The bravado he was clinging to is gone," claimed the source.
His last resort is to obtain a pardon from President Donald Trump, and although his team is said to have requested one, the commander-in-chief hasn't revealed whether he will grant it.
For now, the rapper is "still clinging to that hope," but those close to him say it's "unrealistic" to expect it to happen.
The Music Mogul Has Yet To Be Assigned A Prison

Following his sentencing, Diddy was taken back to the MDC, from where he will be transferred to a prison facility to begin his term.
However, the location remains unknown for now, but what's certain is that the rapper won't be getting his preferred choice.
Diddy had requested to be moved to the low-security federal facility, Fort Dix, in New Jersey, and cited drug abuse issues and rehabilitative efforts as reasons for his preference.
Unfortunately for him, his request was turned down on Wednesday by Judge Arun Subramanian, who wrote he would only recommend a "facility in the geographic location of the defense's choosing, but not the specific facility."
The Judge Recommended That Diddy Be Considered For Admission To A 'Substance Abuse Program'

Although Judge Subramanian declined Diddy's plea to be transferred to Fort Dix, he conceded to some other requests from the rapper and gave his legal team until October 10 to ask for a different geographic location.
Subramanian wrote, "The court will include the following recommendation, based on the defense's request: The court recommends that the defendant be incarcerated as close as possible to the New York metropolitan area."
He then noted that the court "recommends that [Diddy] be considered for admission to any available substance abuse program, including the Bureau of Prisons' Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP), for which he qualifies."
