What sparked further concern among fans was Parton's September announcement that her Sin City concert had been postponed due to medical reasons.

As The Blast reported, Parton announced that her doctors have recommended several procedures, jokingly calling it her "100,000-mile checkup."

Explaining her decision to put a halt to her gig, she said her current condition prevents her from rehearsing and handling the stress required to deliver a proper performance.

However, she reassured fans that this isn't her stepping away from work entirely. She shared that she'll continue her projects in Nashville and believes God is using this time to prepare her for the exciting adventures ahead.

In addition to postponing her Las Vegas show, the businesswoman was also absent from a scheduled appearance at her Dollywood theme park due to health problems again, according to The Blast.

She was set to unveil the park's newest attraction in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, but fans were met with disappointment when a pre-recorded video message was played instead.

In the clip, Parton lightheartedly explained that she'd been recovering from a kidney stone, which had taken several days to heal. She told guests not to worry, saying she was “there in spirit” and wished she could have joined them in person.
