Angelina Jolie has reportedly set her sights on leaving America behind after sharing her "love" for the country.
Insiders say things have been changing around the actress, as she is "lighter and more at ease" now, as she prepares to put her home on the market.
It's not been a smooth ride healthwise for Angelina Jolie, as she recently reflected on her decision to remove her ovarian and fallopian tubes, saying she doesn't regret it.
Angelina Jolie Is 'Lighter' And 'More At Ease' Amid Rumors Of Her Relocation

Jolie is reportedly dissatisfied with life in America and is set to leave the country.
The Oscar winner has in the past spoken highly of her intention to live abroad, telling Harper's Bazaar back in 2019 that she only stayed in L.A. because her children needed to be close to their father, Brad Pitt, whom she filed for divorce from in 2016.
"I would love to live abroad and will do so as soon as my children are 18," she said at the time.
With her divorce from Pitt now settled, it appears Jolie is set to make good on the promise with plans to move after her youngest children, twins Knox and Vivienne, turn 18 in July 2026.
"You can really feel a shift in Angelina recently; she's lighter and more at ease," a source said, per Us Weekly. "She'll always love L.A., but she feels it has served its purpose. She's ready for her next chapter."
Another source said Jolie is "very excited for this next phase of her life."
The Actress Has A Wide Range Of Countries To Choose From

Not only has she been involved in a nasty divorce and custody battle with Pitt, but they've also had to fight over the sale of her shares in their jointly owned Chateau Miraval winery.
Aside from Knox and Vivienne, she also shares children Maddox, Pax, Zahara, and Shiloh with the "Fight Club" star, who has remained estranged from most of them, with some even dropping "Pitt" from their name.
Jolie, who has since won primary custody of all six of them, isn't out of options on where she'll call home next, with the second insider saying she'll likely be partially based in Cambodia, where she still has a home, as well as shuttle between France and Africa.
"They're all very special places," the second source added, per Us Weekly. "She has dear friends in all of [those areas] who she considers confidantes and family."
"Angelina thrives when she's outside of Hollywood," the first source said. "She loves being in cultures that inspire her."
Angelina Jolie Doesn't 'Recognize' Her Home Country

It comes less than a month after the 50-year-old actress complained about what the country had turned into for creatives.
During a press conference for her new movie, "Couture," at the San Sebastián Film Festival in Spain last month, she was asked to weigh in on her fears about being an artist in America.
It came just about the time comedian Jimmy Kimmel was temporarily suspended for the comments he made on slain conservative activist Charlie Kirk.
Jolie had to take a deep breath and a few moments before saying, "It is a very difficult question."
"I love my country, but at this time, I don't recognize my country," she continued. "I've always lived internationally, my family is international, my friends, my life… My worldview is equal, united, and international."
The Actress Feels It's Getting 'Dangerous' In America

It remains unclear if Jolie's decision to leave America is tied to the discourse on free speech, but she added in her remarks that anything that "limits personal expressions and freedoms from anyone, I think, is very dangerous."
"These are such serious times that we have to be careful not to say things casually," the actress noted about the state of things in the U.S.
She added, "These are very, very heavy times we are living in together."
Angelina Jolie Draws A Parallel Between Her Life And Her Character In 'Couture'

In Jolie's new film, "Couture," she plays Maxine, an American filmmaker who discovers she has breast cancer.
During her chat at the Spanish film festival, she was asked to weigh in on the similarity between her real life and the character, Maxine, as she decided to remove her fallopian and ovarian tubes after learning she carries the BRCA 1 gene, which significantly increases her risk of breast and ovarian cancer.
"I lost my mother and grandmother very young, so I chose to have a double mastectomy about a decade ago," she said, per Variety. "Those were my choices. I don't say everybody should do it that way, but it's important to have the choice. I don't regret it."
Jolie added, "Anybody who's gone through something feels vulnerable and alone. There is something particular about women's cancers because [they] affect how we feel as women."
