The document titled "Marital Dissolution Agreement" detailed a parenting plan, a child support worksheet, and additional terms that implied Kidman and Urban wished to split amicably without drama.

The parenting plan made Kidman the "primary residential parent of the minor children," as she requested in her divorce filing. She would have her daughters for 306 days, while Urban spent 59 days with the girls. They also agreed to make important decisions about their children jointly.

Additionally, Kidman and Urban waived their rights to spousal and child support; however, the actress noted that the singer had prepaid "child support obligations." As for their assets, the former couple opted for a peaceful resolution by agreeing to retain their properties as separate assets.
