The actress's ex clarified to the court that his current request should not be mistaken for spousal support, as it is intended solely to maintain his financial stability, offset his debts, and enable him to live an everyday life.

Phypers stressed that his family, along with himself, is on the brink of eviction if his request is not urgently sorted out. He also wants his ex to return the equipment taken from his home, as she might decide to sell it off despite his advice against doing that.

In their most recent legal face-off, Phypers declared that his ex's claim of coming over to his house to cause a scene under the guise of picking up her dogs was false because she did not have a room in her car for the animals to stay.

As stated by The Blast, Richards made some demands in one of her filings, where she asked the court to enforce a zero-contact rule. She also asked him to pay expenses due to their abusive marriage, enroll in an intervention program, and fulfill other demands.

Phypers has now stated that he would not agree to any of the demands in her petition, noting that he was the actual victim in the marriage. The frequency medicine practitioner emphasized that the actress should be the one to compensate him, as she was the abusive one.

He clarified that any request for spousal support from his estranged wife should be squashed, as she did not initially tender a request for it during her response to his divorce filing.

The mother-of-three added more fuel to her divorce fire as she asked the court to entirely cut off contact between herself and Phypers by switching her temporary restraining order to a permanent one.

Richards made the request with a witness list ready, which included the names of Phyper's mother and himself. She explained that Phypers’ mom, Patricia, would get in the dock and explain her side of the story based on her knowledge about the abuse perpetrated by her son for about an hour.

After Patricia gets off, Richards will get in the witness box and spend six hours narrating her abusive ordeal at the hands of her ex-husband.

When she is done, the former reality star expects her ex to go through four hours of questioning on the abuse that occurred during their marriage and many more. The estranged couple has battled things out in court since Phypers filed for divorce on July 7 based on irreconcilable differences.
