According to an official press release from the US Attorney's Office in the Southern District of New York, Wolf was sentenced to 19 years in prison for "enticing a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity and for engaging in a pattern of activity involving prohibited sexual conduct."

Additional information shared in court revealed the harrowing details about some of Wolf's crimes, including his encounter with a 15-year-old minor in late 2023 or early 2024, in which he watched an adult male perform oral sex on the minor while he viewed from afar and pleasured himself.

The statements made in court also revealed that Wolf had sex with an individual he believed to be 15 years old at least three times. One of the encounters was recorded.

On a separate occasion in January 2024, Wolf made plans with an adult male to "sexually abuse" a nine-year-old child, whom the adult male said he was babysitting. Wolf traveled to the adult male's residence; however, once he arrived, the encounter was called off while he was waiting in the building's lobby.

A month later, a similar situation occurred, in which Wolf made plans to have a sexual encounter with a 14-year-old down to the "specific sex act that the purported minor would perform." Wolf gave the 14-year-old his cross-streets; however, he refused to provide his specific address or send pictures of himself, so the encounter did not occur, per legal documents.

And the saddening details of Wolf's crimes don't end there. The 44-year-old reportedly sought "child sexual abuse material from at least one minor and multiple individuals who purported to be minors."

Wolf communicated with another 15-year-old who shared their age with Wolf before sending explicit images and videos of their body. In another instance, Wolf spoke with a 12-year-old male online, with whom he shared photos of himself and discussed the possibility of meeting in Miami, Florida.

Before the meetup could happen, however, FBI agents executed a search warrant on Wolf's New York City residence, ultimately arresting him.

During the search warrant, law enforcement found 1,291 files "containing child p-rnography," including "75 files showing infants and toddlers and some videos depicting the violent r-pe of young children."

United States Attorney Jay Clayton issued a statement regarding Wolf's case, calling his crimes against children "horrible" before praising his colleagues and other law enforcement for helping put a stop to child sex crimes.

"He targeted kids as young as seven, and every New Yorker wants him and those like him off our streets for as long as possible and never again near our children. The women and men of our Office, and our law enforcement partners, are laser focused on ridding our streets of those who sexually exploit our children. The message to predators from our Office is clear: there is no place for you in New York other than prison," Clayton said.
