Courtney Stodden has finally addressed her latest trip under the knife.
The "Confessions of a Child Bride" star, who uses she/they pronouns, broke her silence in a new interview days after the paparazzi caught her leaving a doctor's office in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, September 24.
The pictures went viral, sparking speculation about rhinoplasty due to Courtney Stodden's heavily bandaged nose. She looked unrecognizable due to the swelling and telltale bruising from surgery.
Why Courtney Stodden Got A Second Nose JobĀ

Stodden addressed last week's exit from a Beverly Hills doctor's office, revealing that they weren't there for cosmetic purposes only. They explained that they got a septoplasty, a surgical procedure to correct a deviated nasal septum, because of years-long breathing issues.
"While I was in surgery, I also opted for a very minor revision to the outside of my nose. This was not a dramatic cosmetic change, but more of a small refinement while addressing my health concerns," Stodden told the Daily Mail, adding:
"I'm feeling so much better already and grateful to finally be breathing easier."
The surgery marked their second nose job, aimed at improving their features while addressing breathing problems. In 2016, Stodden went under the knife at Dr. Robert Kotler's office in Beverly Hills to remove a bump on their nose while reportedly correcting their "long-standing nasal blockage and sinus issues."
The TV Personality Was Photographed Leaving The Doctor's Office

News of Stodden's trip to the doctor's office made waves last week when the paparazzi caught them leaving Dr. Gary Motykie's office in Beverly Hills. The Blast covered the story, reporting that they were photographed getting wheeled to their vehicle by a nurse.
Stodden rocked a two-piece satin pajama set featuring green floral patterns over a light-colored base. They held a folding hand fan designed with blossoming pink flowers on a tree, exuding confidence despite their heavy nasal dressing.
Stodden's face showcased visible swelling and bruising around their nose and eyes, while their blonde hair was styled in a messy bun. Their husband, media executive Jared Safier, was by their side and at one point gently kissed their forehead.
The 'Courtney' Star's Ex-Husband Didn't Want Them To Get Plastic Surgery

As stated, Stodden's recent trip to the doctor's office marked their second nose job; however, these procedures were not their first. In 2013, they opened up about their plastic surgeries while speaking to E! News.
Stodden, who rose to fame for marrying actor Doug Hutchison at 16 while he was 51, accused their ex-husband of attempting to control every aspect of their life. However, they claimed he played no part in their physical appearance, noting he fought tooth and nail against their plastic surgeries.
The TV personality claimed that Hutchison loved their natural self, recalling that he would frequently compliment and assure them that they were perfect the way they were.
"That made me want to do it more! So, he just loved me so much the way that I was. But you know, I'm happier now," they said.
The Former Beauty Pageant Competitor Has No Regrets

Stodden also addressed the criticisms they faced for transforming their body as a teenager to become a blonde bombshell. "People are going to judge somebody regardless, if they're in the media or otherwise. They just judge," they noted.
They doubled down on being happy with the way they looked and noted they understood why some believed they chose to look "like a sex object." Stodden claimed they weren't as surgically-enhanced as most believed, stating they only had a boob job and lip fillers.
Besides these procedures, Stodden also got hair extensions and false eyelashes. "I'm a confident girl, I'm happy. And honestly, I think that's all that matters," they added. They emphasized that the most important thing was their own opinion about themselves, rather than the public's thoughts.
Courtney Stodden Celebrated Their First Sober Birthday

Stodden clocked 31 on August 29, 2025, with The Blast reporting that they did so sober for the first time. They marked the massive milestone on Instagram, sharing a video of them rocking a tiara and blowing out the candles on a stunning pink cake.
The entertainer was in high spirits as they celebrated their new age in the post's caption, writing, "Today I'm 31. 1st alcohol free birthday since turning 17!!!" They noted that if they could talk to their past self, they would tell them not to give up.
"I survived what should have destroyed me. I'm beginning my sober journey... I'm unlearning a lot of toxic habits," they explained. They added that if people resonated with their message, they should see it as a reminder that they weren't alone.
