The singer, 56, was all smiles as she flaunted her curves in NYC over the weekend, with the paparazzi photos showing her exiting the celebrity-adored Nobu restaurant. Opting for a leggy look as she slipped into a pair of hot pants, Mariah showed off her signature confidence streak while in the Big Apple, but she probably wouldn't have been too pleased with the comments. The Grammy winner, who has actually made major weight loss headlines over the past few years, was fat-shamed, with users saying that she's "too big" to wear that kind of outfit while also calling her legs "heavy."

Flashing her cleavage while drawing the eye to her hourglass waist, Mariah looked incredible with her hair worn down, adding statement glam shades, plus a full face of makeup. The ex to Nick Cannon, who flashed a little cheek in rearview snaps, also injected some designer action into her look, donning floral-print, iridescent boots with a red Christian Louboutin heel.

Another said that Mariah was "too big" for that kind of ensemble, with a third writing: "Sorry, but she looks cheap, and at her age she shouldn't go out with her behind hanging out." The NYC photos taken last weekend, sadly, continued to garner hateful remarks. "She's too big for that outfit. She has heavy thighs and calves and a protruding stomach," a further troll wrote.
