Florence Pugh Advised To 'Dress Properly' In See-Through Braless Dress

Florence Pugh received mixed feedback on her headline-making Valentino Haute Couture Show look three years ago. In 2022, the Oppenheimer star flashed the flesh in a gorgeous pink gown while in Italy, but the haters weren't far away. Displaying her bare chest in a totally see-through, hot pink dress, Florence repped the designer she fronts, and she's since made headlines for defending her fashion choice. Modeling a tulle gown with a wispy, fairytale feel, the blonde kept her look girly, but with nothing beneath her sheer outfit, she was also going sexy. When one fan reacted, they told the British sensation to "dress properly."

Modeling a sleeveless maxi number with a slight halter finish that accentuated her shapely arms and shoulders, the 29-year-old boldly exposed her chest while ditching the bra, going fairly tight while wearing a statement high collar.

Injecting feathery accents around the neck, Florence coordinated her choker-effect bodice with her billowing skirt, one boasting super-light fabrics that appeared to be woven out of air. Teasing her tummy via a cinched, belted detail at the waist, Florence concealed her legs thanks to opaque fabrics below the waist, also keeping coordinated via her hot pink, platform heels.

The photos, posted by Just Jared on Instagram, definitely got fans talking. "This is the pic that IS censored?" one fan asked. Another replied: "#bra!" with a third exclaiming: "They go out underdressed knowing that people will talk about them but then they don’t like to hear people’s opinions! So dressed properly then."

Florence went all out with her Valentino display, accessorizing her dress with the brand's Fall 2022 RTW Rockstud Earrings.

When the above photos were reposted on an Instagram fan account dedicated to Florence's style, one user replied: "DAMN. her confidence!" Defending her dress on social media as the backlash rolled in, Florence wrote: “Listen, I knew when I wore that incredible Valentino dress that there was no way there wouldn’t be a commentary on it."

“Whether it be negative or positive, we all knew what we were doing. I was excited to wear it, not a wink of me was nervous. I wasn’t before, during or even now after," she added. Florence Pugh showed even more skin in this sunbathing snap as she boldly rolled down her one-piece bathing suit while topping up her tan. Enjoying a beach day in 2022, the Hollywood sensation went makeup-free, also rocking shades as she lowered her swimwear for a chest flash.
