Priscilla Presley's efforts to prove her former business partner allegedly exploited her continue with a recent request for bank records.
The media personality sued former associate, Brigitte Kruse, and several other third parties for financial elder abuse, isolation, and more scathing allegations. However, the defendants fired back with shocking claims of their own.
Priscilla Presley reportedly met Brigitte Kruse in 2021 while she was running an auction house that sold memorabilia related to the late Elvis Presley, Priscilla's ex-husband.
Priscilla Presley Receives Permission To Obtain Bank Records

Priscilla obtained a judge's approval for her request to access bank records, which she believed contained key evidence related to her allegations. She received permission to get the documents during a recent hearing on Wednesday, September 24.
According to US Weekly, Priscilla's legal team claimed Kruse and the other defendants had used a Missouri-based company called Clevenger Accounting to exploit her. They argued the accused used the firm's services "to collect and withhold significant amounts of monies due to [Presley]."
On that note, Priscilla's attorneys requested a subpoena to collect the accounting company's bank records, documents, all communications related to her, and records about her assets. The media personality believed the requested information would prove her claims of elder abuse, breach of contract, and more.
The Defendants Appear Certain About Their Innocence

While Priscilla believed she had Kruse right where she wanted her, the latter did not appear fazed by the subpoena request. Kruse's lawyer told the outlet that they have handed the desired documents to Priscilla's team and were "very transparent."
The attorney's words seemingly implied that Kruse and the other defendants did not believe they would be found guilty of exploiting Priscilla. The Blast covered the drama between the former business associates, reporting that the "Naked Gun" actress demanded $1 million in damages.
Priscilla dropped more allegations following her initial financial elder abuse lawsuit, accusing Kruse and the other defendants of interfering with her ability to earn a living. She claimed they spammed her business partners, assistants, and family with "a series of baseless cease and desist letters."
Elvis Presley's Ex-Wife Accused Brigitte Kruse Of Exploitation And Isolation

Priscilla claimed Kruse and the other defendants kept barraging those around her with letters demanding they stop doing business with her. She stressed that their alleged campaign to undermine her livelihood began after she lost an untold sum to them.
According to the ex-wife of the King of Rock and Roll, she made a dozen public appearances in 2023. However, she had no idea how much she earned because Kruse controlled her finances. She also accused her former business partner of stealing over $620,000.
Priscilla claimed Kruse not only stole from her but also isolated her from her longtime team to exploit her. She claimed she was deceived into signing deals that funneled 80% of her earnings into Kruse's pocket. Additionally, Kruse allegedly ruined her relationship with director Sofia Coppola.
The Entertainer's Former Business Associate Denied The Allegations

Following Priscilla's lawsuit, Kruse's legal team denied all allegations of wrongdoing. Last year, The Blast shared that they addressed the financial elder abuse, and exploitation claims in a statement, accusing Priscilla of abusing her power.
Kruse's legal team claimed she filed her allegations against the defendants in retaliation after they sued her in 2023. Nonetheless, they believed they could prove their innocence in court and slammed Priscilla's actions.
The defendants' reps accused Priscilla of using "her celebrity status to ruin the lives of kind, hardworking people" after they went above and beyond to support her when she needed them. Kruse and the other defendants eventually fired back with a $50 million lawsuit.
Priscilla Presley Accused Of Exploiting Her Daughter's Tragic Death

The Blast reported in August that Kruse had filed a $50 million lawsuit against Priscilla, which contained scathing allegations. The entertainer's former business partner accused her of fraudulent use of her name, image, and likeness (NIL), and exploiting her daughter's death.
Kruse claimed Priscilla had influenced Lisa Marie Presley's demise by ignoring her health complaints until she suffered a cardiac arrest. The allegations continued with Kruse accusing Priscilla of removing her only daughter from life support quickly and spinning a narrative in her favor.
Kruse alleged Priscilla exploited Lisa Marie's death as a smokescreen to escape contracts and reclaim assets she had sold. Priscilla addressed the shocking lawsuit through her attorney, Marty Singer.
The legal representative bashed the claims as a "disgusting publicity stunt," noting that Lisa Marie's daughter, Riley Keough, was equally stunned.
