Nepo babies face off? Here is Meghan McCain's grouse with Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's kid!
The pop culture commentator is the least impressed by Violet Affleck's poignant speech at the United Nations on the importance of wearing face masks to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Ben Affleck's daughter, Violet Affleck, has carved out a niche for herself in the industry as a vocal advocate against the effects of climate change on the environment and related health issues.
Meghan McCain Insists The Activist Has Little Knowledge Of Health Protocols

The former senator's daughter voiced her frustration on social media following Violet's statement at the United Nations event. Meghan, in a series of now-deleted posts on X, slammed the 19-year-old's speech as very outrageous.
"Every single thing about all of this is why people hate nepo babies so much," the 40-year-old declared on the platform yesterday, insisting that Violet's presence at the event was entirely out of place.
Well, Meghan was criticized for making the post and taking a hypocritical stance, considering her status as a "nepo baby" as well. She fired back at the criticisms, noting that her parents would never be on board with the idea of speaking on such a sensitive issue with little knowledge or training.
"Having famous parents is a double-edged sword, and if you're going to put yourself out there, you gotta take the heat (as I have always done)," Meghan stressed. She rounded up her post, declaring that Violet's agenda to have everyone masked up by 2025 is insane and doomed to fail.
Violet Affleck Encouraged Stricter Use Of Masks Against COVID-19

Violet spoke about the importance of wearing masks and other safeguarding devices to prevent the resurgence and spread of COVID further five years after it ravaged the world.
"It is neglect of the highest order to look children in the eyes and say, 'We knew how to protect you, and we didn't do it,'" the 19-year-old stressed at the Healthy Indoor Air: A Global Call to Action event.
The first-year college student condemned the lackadaisical attitude of parents, adults, and caretakers towards the pandemic, which had held the world hostage, noting that "our present is being stolen right in front of our eyes."
As reported by The Daily Mail, Violet concluded her speech by urging everyone to view clean air as an essential amenity necessary to protect the future of children and the younger generation.
Violet has stuck to her resolve to stay masked, even at family events where she is usually the only one with the nose covering.
The 19-Year-Old Has Found An Intersection Between Fashion And Activism

When the 19-year-old is not using her voice through microphones and articles on sensitive issues related to health, inequality, and the environment, she lends her voice through fashion.
Last year, Violet was spotted wearing a statement-making sweater designed with a watermelon as a show of support for Palestine —of course, the 19-year-old topped off her look with a mask. This decision led to a significant increase in sales for the clothing company based in Chicago.
Violet did not stop there; she was also photographed rocking a pink summer dress alongside a mask while clutching a copy of Steven W. Thrasher's "The Viral Underclass: The Human Toll When Inequality and Disease Collide."
She also accompanied her mother to the White House in 2022 for a dinner organized in honor of French President Emmanuel Macron when he visited Joe and Gill Biden.
Ben Affleck's Daughter Advocated For An Effective Air Filtration Mechanism Last Year

Last July, Violet spoke before the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, calling for active steps against long COVID.
As reported by E! News, she advised the body to prioritize the provision of masks, timely testing and treatment, the establishment of air filtration systems in public spaces, and the removal of mask bans nationwide.
She chipped in a personal experience with a post-viral condition years ago, noting that sometimes medicine fails to provide solutions to the aftermath of a minor virus, but prevention can go a long way to curtail the occurrence.
Shortly before her United Nations appearance, Violet had authored an article in The Yale Global Health Review, in which she wrote about the varying responses to climate change from the populace.
Violet's firm ways are not surprising to her parents, who have always rooted for her. Most recently, her mother, Jennifer, described her as a "self-starter" in 2023.
Meghan McCain Recently Slammed Another Young Activist

The blogger has strong words to use for people and things she disagrees with, and Violet is just part of the statistics. The Blast noted that Meghan launched an online feud with environmental activist Greta Thunberg earlier in the month.
At the core of Meghan's message was advice for Greta to stay out of global politics discourse, after which she came for the activist's appearance, specifically her hairstyle.
"I refuse to take anyone talking about politics seriously with uneven bangs and this sh-tty Lord Farquaad hair," Meghan declared in the now-deleted post.
Well, the 40-year-old did not get away with the jabs thrown at Greta, as online spectators did not hesitate to remind her of her questionable hairstyle choices in the past.
