Coleman explained that Aniston's workout regimen utilized special resistance equipment and heavy weights to build her "overall mobility, stability, cardiovascular health, and strength." Each session featured dynamic warm-ups, strength training, and small cardio bursts.

Additionally, the fitness trainer prioritized Aniston's form throughout these workouts to prevent injuries and concluded each session with a cool-down routine. Coleman ensured each day revolved around the entertainer's schedule to support her consistency.

Aniston's flexible workout mindset was a necessary change in her life after suffering multiple injuries from excessive exercise. The Blast shared in 2023 that she addressed her poor perspective on what constitutes a good workout in an interview.

The TV personality confessed that she initially believed she needed to do at least 45 minutes of cardio to get a proper workout and had been straining her body for 15 years. "I believed it for so long. I just burnt out and broke my body," Aniston revealed.

She eventually realized it was time to change when her physical therapist gave her a Barbie doll covered in Kinesio tape. "It's a silly mental image until you realize the purpose of all that tape is to show every injury I've had in the last 15 years," Aniston recalled.

Jennifer Aniston Subtly Flaunted Her New Romance

Besides staying healthy and maintaining her ageless figure, Aniston might have another reason to prioritize working out. The Blast reported earlier this month that she softly launched her romance with Jim Curtis after months of speculation.

The pair made several headlines for their intimate sightings yet kept fans guessing by refusing to confirm or deny the rumors. Aniston decided to make a subtle relationship debut by sharing a rare picture of Curtis on Instagram.

The Hollywood veteran dropped a carousel of images capturing her Summer, with the 17th slide showcasing the back of Curtis's head. The picture taken at sunset by the beach left fans reeling with excitement in the comments as they teased Aniston for sneaking her boyfriend into the post.
