Kim Kardashian's latest social media photos have caught quite an array of comments. Posting on Instagram last week, the 44-year-old put on an eye-popping display in her barely there, sheer top, which highlighted her killer curves. Flashing her massive cleavage in a plunging cami look as she glammed up with full makeup and wore her gorgeous hair down, Kim stunned her mass fanbase, offering no caption as she tagged her SKIMS brand. Modeling a braless, snakeskin look from her 2019-founded label, Kim showed off her curves and her bee-stung pout, and both attracted remarks. One user even alleged that Kim has had cosmetic surgery, saying that her "implants" looked like they were about to "explode."

Looking far younger than her years as she showed zero fine lines or wrinkles, Kim wore heavy matte makeup, plus her raven locks down and styled into soft waves.

Numbers of likes were disabled for this post; however, it did attract celebrity approval from supermodel Hailey Bieber and model Amelia Hamlin.

Comments didn't take long as The Daily Mail covered the photos. Alleging that Kim isn't all-natural, one user said: "Those implants look like they're going to explode." Kim has admitted to an array of Botox and filler work, but she's always denied having had plastic surgery. Over 100 fans agreed when a separate user asked: "What’s she done to her lips."

"Joker lips, care of the last surgeon," another user said. The comments come in the wake of sister Kylie Jenner's breast enhancement reveal, plus mom Kris Jenner looking ultra-youthful after her reported $150,000 facelift.
