Quinton "Rampage" Jackson's desire to see his son, Raja Jackson, punished for his crimes has become a reality.

The UFC legend's ward sparked outrage in August when he went berserk on independent wrestler Syko Stu during a Knokx Pro Wrestling event. The incident left Rampage disappointed in his son and calling for his arrest after the victim landed in the hospital.

Rampage Jackson has repeatedly addressed his son's controversial actions, initially stating he would stand by his side as a father before changing his tune and claiming they had stopped speaking.

Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson's Son Behind Bars Weeks After Assaulting Syko Stu

According to new reports, Raja was arrested on Thursday, September 18. He was booked on a felony charge, with jail records showing he was still behind bars and would remain there until he paid his $50,000 bond.

The arrest stemmed from Raja's brutal assault of Syko Stu in late August, where he slammed the wrestler to the ground and viciously pummeled him with nearly two dozen blows while he was unconscious. The beatings did not stop until other wrestlers pulled Raja off Syko Stu.

The victim landed in the hospital for multiple injuries, including a fractured maxilla. TMZ shared that Syko Stu has since been released and is recovering at home. Raja's arrest followed his father's cries for his punishment and plea for therapy.

The UFC Legend Wants His Son Punished For His Crimes

The vicious assault did not sit right with Rampage, who declared he had cut his son off since the incident. The Blast covered the story, reporting that the former mixed martial artist condemned Raja's actions and slammed him for dishonoring his name.

"I know he's my f-cking son. I'm not cutting him off forever. I just haven't talked to him," Rampage continued. He claimed he was going to turn Raja in to the authorities if there was no warrant for his arrest and pushed for his son's punishment.

Rampage noted Raja needed to be punished for the attack before he could heal, saying, "I think he should do a little time, do a little community service, and go to anger management class, get some therapy."

The Former MMA Star Denied The Attempted Murder Narrative

Rampage repeatedly stressed that Raja was wrong for beating Syko Stu the way he did, noting that as a mixed martial artist, he should have known better than to get involved in a pro wrestling match. Nonetheless, he refuted the narrative that his son was out for blood.

The former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion claimed Raja probably did not know he hurt Syko Stu as severely as he did. He stressed that his son's actions were not attempted murder, noting he wasn't trying to kill the wrestler but had gotten caught up in the act.

Rampage blamed the wrestling event's organizers for the incident, noting they shouldn't have put an MMA fighter in the ring with a wrestler. He explained that Raja did not understand the way pro wrestlers fight, so he fought against Syko Stu as a mixed martial artist.

Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson Revealed His Son's Troubled Past

Rampage's call for Raja's arrest differed from his initial reaction to the brutal fight. He explained in a Kick stream after the incident that he did not support his son's actions, but he would stand by his side as his father.

He doubled down on his stance in a separate stream, shedding light on why Raja might have exploded the way he did. "My son hasn't been the same since his mom got murdered. He hasn't. And I know that," Rampage revealed.

'The A-Team' actor noted he tried to be there for his grieving son, make him laugh, and cheer him up. Unfortunately, he was not a psychiatrist and could not heal the wounds in Raja's heart. Contrary to his new stance, Rampage had mocked his son, fueling his rage before he got into the ring with Syko Stu.

Who Is Raja Jackson's Mother?

Rampage's revelation of what happened to Raja's mother marked one of the few details known about the woman. Raja's late mother was not publicly named, and her identity remained confidential for years.

She was widely regarded as the former MMA star's baby mama, with EssentiallySports claiming the former couple met in college and dated briefly before parting ways. Raja's mom reportedly struggled with substance addiction during her pregnancy.

Her battle with substance abuse caused her to lose custody of Raja after he was born. Raja's mother wasn't the only baby mama, as Rampage's daughter, Serenity Paige Jackson, and son, D'Angelo Jackson, were born from his relationship with two unidentified women. Rampage welcomed two more children with his ex-wife, Yuki Jackson.
