Hailey Bieber Stuns Dad Stephen Baldwin With 'Impossible' $1B Success

Hailey Bieber’s latest career win has her dad, Stephen Baldwin, feeling overwhelmed with pride.

Nearly four months after her skincare brand, Rhode Skin, was sold to e.l.f. Beauty for a jaw-dropping $1 billion, the actor opened up about just how amazed he is by his daughter’s journey.

Speaking candidly on a podcast, Stephen said Hailey’s achievement felt “impossible” and praised her for staying true to herself while building a brand that works and has captured real love from fans.

Stephen could hardly hold back his pride on Thursday while talking about his daughter’s business milestone.

On Tori Spelling’s “MisSPELLING” podcast, he admitted he usually doesn’t speak about Hailey but couldn’t resist after Rhode’s billion-dollar sale.

“Look at my daughter. I never talk about her, but my daughter has done the impossible, relatively,” the 59-year-old said.

Stephen, who also shares daughter Alaia Aronow with wife Kennya Baldwin, explained that while such massive success used to feel out of reach, the digital age has made it possible for young people to build big businesses.

Still, he believes Hailey’s approach sets her apart. Instead of chasing easy money, she worked hard to create a trusted brand.

He added, “And young people are making unbelievable amounts of money on the Internet in ways that are very sketchy. So, God bless her.”

The proud dad made it clear that seeing the 28-year-old thrive in the beauty space feels far more rewarding than if she had chosen a sketchy path.

For Stephen, Hailey’s billion-dollar win wasn’t an accident.

He explained that she had opportunities to cash in on the cosmetics world years earlier but chose to wait until she could do it her way.

In a June interview on “The Adam Carolla Show,” the “Earthstorm” star said, “She’s super smart, smart in business. Succeeded as a model prior to everything she’s doing now. But the cool part was she actually had an offer to do something pretty big and cool in the cosmetics a couple years ago and didn’t.”

Instead, Hailey wanted her company to offer products that weren’t just fluff with her name on them. Her focus on authenticity and quality was key.

Stephen noted, “The reason it’s succeeding is people are responding to it. It actually works as hydration and all of that.”

For him, the brand’s success proves that hard work, patience, and genuine care for customers pay off in a huge way.

Even with Hailey Bieber’s billion-dollar milestone, Stephen stressed that being a dad always comes first.

He gushed about both his daughters, saying he’s proud of them no matter what happens in their careers.

“The sweet part of my kids, too, is, in the wake of whatever their success is, their dad remains the same,” he said.

For the Hollywood star, that means always being honest and supportive, whether it’s celebrating wins or guiding them through challenges.

“I’ve always been the same way. You know you’re going to tell your daughter the truth. I let my kids do what they’re doing. And if they want to throw a boomerang at me, I’ll call them back.”

Beyond the Hollywood spotlight, Stephen sees his children as his girls before anything else. And now, with Hailey carving out a powerful place in the beauty industry, he’s happy to watch her shine while knowing she has her family behind her.

Recall that over a month ago, reports revealed that there was tension between the duo, with speculations of a possible divorce underway.

However, in August, a source revealed to Us Weekly that the couple had resolved their differences.

According to them, Hailey and Justin successfully pinpointed the cause of their issues, which reportedly gave them a “sense of relief.”

The source shared that identifying the issue helped them “reset their focus on each other,” giving them space to reconnect and prioritize their relationship.

Following the report, Justin and Hailey Bieber were spotted enjoying dinner with close friends at the West Hollywood French eatery Coucou.

However, pictures of the outing sparked backlash as they showed Justin using a vape pen despite California laws that ban smoking and vaping in restaurants and other enclosed public spaces.

Nevertheless, fans couldn’t get over how lovely the pair looked together.

They appeared to be having the time of their lives as they hugged their friends goodbye before heading out.
