Looks like Nina Dobrev will not be alone for much longer, if her recent outing is anything to go by.

The actress is shaking up the whole of Italy one yacht at a time with gorgeous eye candy on her arm and a body to set the alarms blaring all day long.

Nina Dobrev became recently single following her separation from her Olympic snowboarder boyfriend, Shaun White, a year after their engagement.

The TV star and actor Zac Efron joined a couple of their celebrity friends for a cruise off the coast of Italy and a dip in the ocean. Dobrev looked ethereal in a black lace-trimmed cut-out one-piece that came with a sinisterly plunging neckline.

The cut-out part on the swimsuit showcased her insane abs, accompanied by a full view of her hot legs and butt cheeks. Dobrev’s hot date left tongues wagging as well, as the actor flaunted his toned midsection, while rocking his blonde haircut and black shorts.

Chance Crawford and his girlfriend, Kelsey Merritt, a model, joined the duo for the cruise. Another couple, actor Miles Teller and his wife Keleigh Sperry, also accompanied them on the date.

According to The Daily Mail, the group enjoyed the day out, sipping cocktails and feeling the coolness and warmth of the Mediterranean coast.

While the going was good, the couple did not shy away from sharing details of their romance and how they handled being a couple with the public. Last January, the actress revealed that they love weekly date nights and have found a way to spice things up by alternating who plans what.

She explained that the trick each one has up their sleeves remains a secret from the other person, and that way, things can stay intriguing.

Dobrev added that during the Olympics, when White was traveling and training all over the world, she made sure they stayed connected by doing most of the traveling.

The couple began dating in 2019 and reportedly stayed very loyal to each other throughout the duration, which ruled out any reports of infidelity in the relationship.

The actress’s mood has seemingly changed from the overwhelming reports days ago that she was struggling to handle the separation. Dobrev and White were engaged for a year before this breakup, which meant they were really intense about spending the rest of their lives together.

As shared by The Blast, Dobrev confirmed that the romance had come to an end when she unpinned her engagement announcement post and attended the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival without her engagement ring.

The actress was even in the wedding planning place before the split happened, making the breakup more devastating. However, her close friends have stood as a pillar of support in these trying times by constantly checking up on her and reassuring her.

Dobrev and White’s split was reportedly amicable, as the two could not see eye to eye over some critical aspect of their professional and personal lives. The Blast noted that an insider revealed that while White felt it was time for him to settle down and start a family, Dobrev was just getting started with her career. 

"Nina was on board but also very interested in seeing where her acting career was going to go, as that was and is very important to her," the source continued. Though the couple shared a deep love for each other, they naturally could not agree on a common goal for the future of their relationship.

The pandemic also dealt a lasting blow to the dynamics of their relationship because the shadows of their struggles back then made them view their future differently after things got back to normal.

Yes, rumors of things ending between the couple due to one party stepping out on the other also emerged, but insiders from both camps quickly shut those reports down.

The source affirmed that Dobrev and White were completely open and honest with each other during their relationship, with no incident of cheating while things lasted. Another source also clarified that the couple did not part ways due to their alleged different standings on when to start a family.

According to them, Dobrev and White were, in fact, eager to make their union legal and hit the ground running with expanding their brood; unfortunately, that is water under the bridge now.
