Rebel Wilson has never shied away from discussing her weight journey, but now she's opening up about facing a tough moment as she juggles the demands of work and motherhood.
The “Pitch Perfect” alum, who shares daughter Royce Lilian with her partner Ramona Agruma, may have become a fitness icon in Hollywood following her remarkable 2020 transformation, but it hasn't come without challenges.
Amid the strain of a busy lifestyle, the “Isn't It Romantic” star got candid about the struggles of staying consistent with her fitness.
Rebel Wilson Opens Up About Juggling Life and Staying Fit

In a recent interview, the “Bridesmaid” star shared how her wellness has slipped down her priority list, revealing just how overwhelming life has become.
"It’s hard. I'm working my ass off right now—13-hour days directing and being in a new movie. And then I also have a baby,” the 45-year-old disclosed, referring to her three-year-old.
She added that her packed schedule doesn’t allow her to go to the gym often, and she also doesn’t get much sleep.
The Australian actress candidly confessed that the nonstop pace has taken a toll, saying, “I’m just struggling to hold on health-wise.”
How Rebel Wilson Is Staying on Track Through a Wellness Partnership

With her schedule packed between directing, acting, and motherhood, Wilson has found a way to stay grounded in her health journey by teaming up with Noom as the brand's new Chief Wellness Ambassador.
She told PEOPLE Magazine that she isn't at her "peak health" right now, and neither is she at her worst, as she still indulges in junk food at times. However, being on the Noom program has helped her avoid slipping too far off course.
"I really like their philosophy," the comedian shared. "It's a very well-rounded approach to weight loss. You can find motivation, explore GLP-1 support, log your food — and there's a gamified element, which I really like."
Rebel Wilson Considers Using Medication to Support Getting In Shape

In her ongoing commitment to fitness, Wilson revealed she may turn to GLP-1 medication to help manage weight loss after having experienced Ozempic.
Wilson recalled that when she tried Ozempic, it curbed her “emotional eating” and helped her resist unhealthy cravings, making it easier to stay on track.
Now, the “Senior Year” star views the medication as a potential "tool" to be combined with proper exercise and nutrition once her schedule allows. As for when the actress would fully resume her fitness journey, she has her eyes set on January 2026.
"I think personally, in the new year, I'll try to smash it again and probably lose a few pounds as my resolution,” Wilson said. According to her, her new mindset would be overall well-being instead of focusing on numbers on the scale or clothing size.
For now, Wilson makes the most of her limited free time, squeezing in 20-minute walks on set when she can or spending 15 minutes stretching on the floor of her trailer.
Rebel Wilson Previously Had Shedding Setbacks

This is not the first time Wilson has encountered a slip-up in her wellness routine. Earlier in May, when she went on a six-week challenge, she admitted to having a minor setback, per The Blast.
Updating her followers on the issue, the “Jojo Rabbit” star emphasized that moments like these shouldn't derail anyone from pursuing their goals.
She continued with a piece of advice for her fans, urging them to stay committed and bounce back from setbacks, reminding them she has just three weeks left in her challenge.
Ending on a positive note, Wilson encouraged her audience to add strength training to their routines while promising to avoid chocolate and ice cream.
Rebel Wilson Credited her Amazing Weight Transformation For Boosting Her Career

As Wilson has been quick to share the lows of her journey, she has also shared the highs, particularly their positive impact on her career.
Per The Blast, Wilson said when she shed 80 pounds five years ago, it changed her career trajectory, making her “more versatile as an actress, even though I had the same skills.”
Reflecting on her transformation and how she is now perceived in the industry, the “Hustle” actress said, "I think people see you differently [after weight loss] and can imagine you more easily in different roles. So I think that probably had the biggest effect.”
