The grass is only getting greener for Justin Bieber since the release of his two-part album, "Swag I" and "Swag II." The pop superstar has been topping charts and causing a stir on social media with his new music. Thanks to the buzz his album created, the "Baby" hitmaker made Coachella history by reportedly becoming its highest-paid headliner.
Justin Bieber is no stranger to breaking records and setting a new precedent for other artists to follow. In 2021, he broke Elvis Presley's 1965 record for the youngest solo act to have eight US number-one albums with the release of his sixth album, "Justice."
Justin Bieber Breaks Records With Coachella Deal

According to new reports, Bieber killed two birds with one stone with his Coachella deal. He reportedly became the music event's highest-paid headliner, earning a seven-figure payout and becoming the first to do so directly, without using an agency.
A source claimed Bieber bagged a $10 million fee for two weekends of performances, meaning he would earn $5 million per weekend. The best part is that he won't have to worry about paying an agency commission, despite his ties to the festival promoter Goldenvoice's parent company, AEG.
AEG, per The Rolling Stone, has been Bieber's touring partner throughout his career. However, he negotiated his headlining fee directly with Goldenvoice without a third party. Bieber not only broke records with his actions but also ensured his comeback performance would be an unforgettable feat.

Bieber's upcoming Coachella performance marks his return to the stage in the United States after 2022's Justice World Tour. The insider claimed fans were not ready for his comeback, declaring:
"His 2026 Coachella performance won't just be a headlining set, but a once-in-a-generation spectacle from a once-in-a-generation pop icon."
The insider hailed Bieber as "an unshakeable artist who has stood up against the grain and fought for his independence." The Coachella music festival marked many wins for Bieber, as it would also be his first solo performance at the event.
Bieber previously appeared at the music festival as a guest performer in 2019, 2022, and 2024. He performed "Sorry" with Ariana Grande, who headlined Coachella in 2019.
Three years later, he joined Daniel Caesar to perform "Peaches," followed by Nigerian stars Tems and WizKid for the rendition of "Essence" in 2024.

According to The Daily Mail, Bieber's reported $10 million Coachella deal made him the highest-paid headliner in the event's history. The music festival does not disclose how much artists are paid, but sources often reveal the details.
Beyoncé, who headlined the event in 2018, reportedly earned between $8-$12 million. Ariana Grande allegedly made $8 million, while The Weeknd requested $8.5 million to perform. The list continued with Bad Bunny reportedly earning $5 million for his 2023 performance.
When Lady Gaga, Kendrick Lamar, and Radiohead headlined the music festival in 2017, they reportedly earned $3-4 million each for their performances. Based on these reports, Bieber's $10 million deal proved he was a cut above the rest.
The Singer Owns A $7 Million Idaho Lakeside Retreat

If Bieber needs a break after his upcoming Coachella performance, he has the perfect place in Idaho to escape the hustle and bustle of the entertainment industry. The Blast revealed in August that he had quietly purchased a property at Lake Coeur d'Alene in Kootenai County.
Bieber reportedly bought the lakeside retreat for $4.2 million in mid-2020; however, the property was now valued at $7 million. He made the purchase through an LLC connected to Tri Star Sports and Entertainment Group, a company with which he was no longer affiliated.
A local source noted Bieber frequently vacationed at the home because it provided him the peace he needed away from unrelenting shutterbugs. They claimed he was frequently seen out on the water or socializing at the Gozzer Ranch Club.
Justin Bieber Fans Cheered For The Wrong Idol In Las Vegas

Although Bieber enjoyed staying at his Idaho property to avoid the paparazzi, he might need to make more public appearances to remind fans of what he looks like. Last month, The Blast shared that many were conned in Las Vegas when the singer's lookalike took the stage at a nightclub.
Videos of the man's performance went viral on social media, capturing the Bieber imposter performing at the XS Nightclub inside the Wynn Encore. The lookalike convincingly fooled the crowd, having them cheer and scream.
The lookalike's impersonation continued outside the club, where he posed for pictures with unsuspecting fans. The interaction left social media users divided, with some wondering how people had not noticed he was a fake, while others found the stunt hilarious.
