The spousal support drama between Denise Richards and her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, continues with new allegations.
The former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star and her ex have been butting heads over their differences since July. The legal war began when Phypers filed to end his six-year marriage to the entertainer, accusing her of infidelity.
Denise Richards fired back with domestic violence claims and a restraining order, imploring the court to terminate Aaron Phypers' rights to spousal support. However, her estranged husband recently alleged she orchestrated the abuse narrative to escape her responsibilities as the breadwinner.
Denise Richards' Estranged Husband Insists He Deserves Spousal Support

When Phypers filed to end his marriage to Richards in July, he demanded spousal support. He argued that he had no income while his estranged wife earned a significant sum through different ventures, including the OnlyFans platform.
Phypers doubled down on his need for spousal support in a new filing on Monday, September 15. He leveled scathing allegations against Richards, claiming she stopped him from earning an income and should be responsible for supporting him.
"She is preventing me from earning money by refusing to allow me to pick up my expensive and sensitive equipment that would be my primary method of earning income," Phypers argued in the documents obtained by PEOPLE, adding:
"In fact, I believe that this entire domestic violence proceeding is merely a ruse to try to cut me off from being able to obtain spousal support."
Aaron Phypers Accused His Ex Of Harassment

According to Phypers, the restraining order and other demands Richards requested from the court were unnecessary because he never abused her during their marriage and wouldn't do so amid their separation. Instead, he claimed he was the one in need of protection.
Phypers accused Richards of harassment and toxic behavior, claiming her actions proved she was not afraid of him. He alleged that she admitted to putting an AirTag tracker on his vehicle after he discovered it in June.
On August 3, when Richards arrived unannounced at their former shared home to retrieve her dogs, he claimed she aggressively invaded his family's private spaces. He also accused her of smashing his phone and hiding it under trash bags.
Additionally, Phypers alleged Richards spammed him and his family with calls to a point that should be considered harassment.
He shared his call logs as evidence, which revealed his ex repeatedly called him in August and September. The logs included nine missed calls on August 21, six calls on September 2, and four on September 12.
The Former Bravolebrity Labeled The 'Abusive' One In Their Relationship

When Richards filed her allegations against Phypers, she demanded that he follow several orders. The list includes zero contact, payment of expenses caused by the abuse, and an order to participate in a batterer intervention program, among others.
Phypers stressed that he would not agree to any of her demands in his recent filing, arguing that he was the real victim in their relationship. "If anything, she should pay my expenses, as I did not abuse her and she is the abusive one," he claimed.
He added that Richards did not need spousal support, noting that she had not requested it when she initially responded to his divorce filing. Phypers believed she modified her papers to harass him because she knew he had no way of earning a living due to her interference.
The TV Personality Was Accused Of Infidelity

Besides the domestic violence and spousal support drama, Phypers and Richards clashed over his infidelity claims. The Blast covered the story in July, reporting that he released her alleged conversations with a former Marine named Rudy Reyes.
The pictures of the chats between Richards and Reyes featured the explicit pictures they exchanged, sweet nothings, and plans for sexual rendezvous at hotels. Phypers claimed he found 107 messages, a discovery that broke his heart.
"I just had this feeling that something was off because her behavior had changed," Phypers confessed in an interview. He claimed Richards promised to end the relationship when he first confronted her about it, but she eventually went back to Reyes, pushing him to file for divorce.
Denise Richards Won Her Request To Retrieve Her Belongings

Early this month, The Blast reported that Richards had scored a small victory in her legal battle with Phypers. She had implored the court for the time and space needed to retrieve her belongings from the home she once shared with her estranged husband.
A judge granted her access to the Calabasas property, noting she could return on September 13 to retrieve personal items, her mother's possessions, and her dogs. Meanwhile, Phypers was ordered not to interfere with Richards' access to the property.
The judge's order also included demands for Phypers to return the iPhone and black MacBook that Richards had accused him of taking. He previously denied taking these items, and the judge told him to file a declaration to that effect.
