Kelley Wolf has once again cleared up the drug abuse allegations, emphasizing that her appearance has more to do with diet issues, and any narrative different from that will attract legal consequences.

Scott Wolf and Kelley Wolf are currently in the middle of a very vicious divorce battle laced with restraining orders, arrests, and child custody drama.

The 48-year-old took to Instagram yesterday and meant business with very affirmative statements directed at peddlers of false narratives about her family. "I am going to be very clear," she began, adding," I need to be respected and given peace." 

Kelley noted further that she was not crazy, nor admitted to rehab like several reports suggested, but was in her hometown, awaiting a court hearing. She added that she has no record of drug or alcohol abuse and asked to be left alone to be a mother to her kids. 

"And if you continue to slander my family, I will pursue legal action. I have lost everything, I am malnourished," Kelley stressed.

The life coach expressed her desire to be treated with love and embraced on her valiant journey back home after fighting so hard for her family. She concluded her Instagram Story posts thanking everyone who showed her support through her fights and struggles.

As Labor Day went on in Utah, officers responded to an emergency call from an Airbnb in Peoa, requesting that they remove an unruly neighbor from the property.

The caller claimed the neighbor had overstayed their welcome, and while the incident report did not give any name, The Blast stated that sources identified Kelley as the culprit.

Deputies on the scene reportedly found the environment looking a mess as Scott's estranged wife had spent her time moving several amounts of alcohol and other personal effects into the home.

When the law enforcement officers asked what influenced her decision to move items into the property, Kelley reportedly mentioned that she thought it was for sale.

The confusion was promptly addressed as she was ordered to move all her belongings outside the front porch and never attempt to enter the home.

The actor's former wife was in court on September 2 for her three misdemeanor charges, where she also stated her intentions to commence treatment at a rehabilitation center on September 12.

Recall that the author was arrested last month and subsequently charged with one misdemeanor count of electronic communications harassment. She also bagged two misdemeanors of electronic disclosure of personal identifying information.

She shared that her ex-husband and Bart Johnson had earlier urged her to go in for medical help, and she will consider their advice, but not because she is mentally impaired.

While Scott and Bart have focused on her getting treatment for about six months now, Kelley stated that all she wanted to do was leave her marriage to the actor.

Scott had secured a temporary restraining order against his ex-wife for a while now, and his move to make things more permanent was truncated by Kelley.

The Blast stated that while the actor was in court with his attorney, Kelley decided to show up alone, without legal counsel, thus interfering with the progress of his case.

The life coach was reportedly informed that she must have her attorney formally notify the court that they will be her legal representative before the hearing can proceed. Scott will then have to send money to the attorney to pay his ex-wife's retainer.

In addition to Scott getting a temporary restraining order against his ex-wife, he also got temporary sole physical custody of their three kids. At the same time, Kelley made do with supervised phone calls.

She was also ordered to keep her distance from the family's former Park City home, with Scott receiving and retaining full access.

Following her August 26 arrest, Kelley was detained at the Summit County Jail, and she came online to inform her fans that she was arrested due to the tone of her social media posts and behavior.

Kelley emphasized that she was not suicidal nor does she pose a danger to anyone or herself, making the arrest more scary and confusing for her. She added that the arrest also happened the same night she was meant to go on a date, as authorities claimed they had 'probable cause' of a crime.

The actor's estranged spouse has had quite the experience with arrests, including an episode where she was detained at the Sundance Mountain Resort in Sundance.

Someone had reportedly contacted the authorities for intervention after they overheard Kelly making very concerning remarks to her family members.
