After their outing in Canada, Trudeau was allegedly eager for more time with the pop star, with sources noting she has truly caught his eye.

A former colleague who worked with the world leader during his time in office even admitted that Perry is very much his type.

"Justin always enjoys good company, and Katy is the kind of woman that really captured his attention," the employee said, per sources, according to The Blast.

Another insider previously echoed a similar sentiment, describing their connection as a "breath of fresh air in his life" and noting Trudeau's excitement about getting to know the pop star better.
