Miley Cyrus sparked concern last fall when sun-kissed photos of her enjoying a beach day raised alarm. Showcasing her incredible figure while looking toned, Miley checked boxes for body goals, also flying the flag for the bandeau trend while wearing a strapless bikini. While some fans gushed over the "Flowers" singer, others wondered if she was nourishing herself properly. One user even remarked that Miley had "stopped eating."

"She is looking charming," one fan replied. Another, replying in French, said that the former Disney star had a "magnificent body." Then again, some fans wondered if Miley might not be eating enough. In a blunt reply, one fan said that the pop sensation had "stopped eating."

The photos were likely taken ahead of Miley's 2019 split from ex-husband Liam. In the wake of her breakup, Miley sparked some weight concerns, but fans seem to think she looks better than ever in 2025. Shortly after her split, Miley Cyrus shared this hiking photo on Instagram, displaying her taut abs in a stretchy sports bra.

"Sometimes you miss people more than others, and sometimes, things get easier. Time kind of heals all, but that was at a time where I felt really strong. And then some days I don't," she told The Howard Stern Show in 2020.
