The MSNBC analyst, who was fired after Charlie Kirk's shooting coverage, is not keeping quiet about his unfair termination.
Matthew Dowd is slamming those whom he believes were responsible for the backlash he received following his comments on the news of the political commentator's shooting. The axed analyst is blaming his termination on the right-wing "mob."
Charlie Kirk, an influential right-wing activist, was killed earlier this week during a speaking event at a University in Utah, which was part of his campus tour.
Former MSNBC Analyst Slammed The Network And The Right-Wing For Facilitating His Sack

The media personality finally shared his feelings about the event that led to his current employment status, describing it as an act of misinterpreting his thoughts and propaganda.
He chastised the right-wing media mob for getting unnecessarily enraged about his views of Kirk during the MSNBC program and proceeded to attack him on several platforms.
Dowd blamed his former employer for playing to the gallery of the mob by letting him off despite his attempts at recanting his words and apologizing for any miscommunication.
According to TMZ, the media figure explained that he was invited to Katy Tur's show to discuss completely unrelated topics when they were informed about a shot being fired at the late conservative activist's event.
Matthew Dowd Admitted To Being Naive In His Reaction To Charlie Kirk's Death

Dowd continued that when Tur asked the question, he responded by urging them to confirm facts and bear in mind that it could be anyone firing a weapon in support of Kirk's views on the 2nd amendment.
He reminded the audience that the late right-wing activist was a religious fan and advocate of the second advocate, as he had voiced on his podcast several times.
He also described the late 31-year-old as one of the most divisive younger figures of this generation who pushed and promoted harmful rhetorical against specific groups.
The media personality added that in retrospect, it was naive of him to think everyone would agree on his notion that Kirk's "hateful" words and thoughts may bring forth equally destructive consequences.
The Network Apologized For Matthew Dowd's Comments

MSNB executives promptly apologized for Dowd's delivery, deeming it highly insensitive, and decided to relieve him of his post immediately.
The network's president, Rebecca Kutler, issued a disclaimer online to inform members of the public that Dowd's views were definitely not a direct representation of theirs.
The Blast reported that Kutler emphasized on behalf of the network that there is no place for violence in America, either politically or otherwise.
Dowd himself acknowledged in a subsequent post that his delivery and choice of words were wrong, but his intentions were never to blame the late activist for his gruesome death. The media personality also condemned violence in one breath, extending his prayers and well wishes to Kirk's loved ones.

The 36-year-old philanthropist took to Instagram to upload a few images and short videos of Kirk's body and how she has been holding up following his death.
The Blast noted that the post featured a picture of Kirk, his wife, and their two kids posing for a family portrait, followed by another slide of Erika resting on Kirk's coffin.
She was dressed in an all-black outfit from head to toe as she uploaded a clip of her hands caressing Kirk's corpse and whispering, "I love you," and "God bless you."
Erika shared another footage of a half-hoisted American flag in honor of her late husband, as directed by Donald Trump in his speech on Kirk's death. Vice President J.D. Vance also featured in a few of the images, alongside his wife, who consoled Erika while she watched her husband's coffin from a distance.
"Rest in the arms of our Lord, baby, as he blankets you with the words I know your heart always strived to hear, "well done, my good and faithful servant," Erika concluded in the caption.
President Donald Trump Promised To Honor The Late Charlie Kirk

As seen in Erika's post, Trump did live up to his promise of awarding the late activist with the Presidential Medal of Freedom, which she held close to his body in the casket. The president had on Thursday declared his plans to celebrate the life and times of Kirk while describing him as a giant of his generation.
Trump praised Kirk for upholding liberty and being an inspiration to millions who listened to him and consumed his content. He added that he would greatly miss the late social commentator, but was consoled that his ideals, which he had spread, would grow in the hearts of many young Americans.
POTUS's speech about Kirk at the 9/11 remembrance ceremony resonated with thousands of fans on social media, who praised him for acknowledging how much of a cultural icon Kirk was.
Will Matthew Dowd's new statement have any impact on where he stands with MSNBC?
