Katy Perry Told Bikini That's 'Too Small' Inappropriate For Her 'Proportions'

Katy Perry looked in good spirits as she stripped to a zebra-print bikini last year, but the haters were just waiting to shade her. In July 2024, the singer showed off her curves and her slimmed-down frame in a minuscule swimsuit, one she stripped down to for her "Lifetimes" music video. Turning heads on a beach in Spain as she flaunted her weight loss, Katy channeled the micro swimwear trend in her teeny two-piece, and for some fans, it was a little too teeny. Users lashed out, saying that the "Roar" hitmaker's top was "too small" and the wrong "size," with one saying that it didn't suit her "proportions." The paparazzi photographed Katy but also shared her zebra-print swimsuit on Instagram.

Flaunting plenty of underboob while flashing her cleavage, Katy squeezed her curves into a tiny zebra top, going low-cut for a racy display while displaying her flat stomach. Kneeling in one photo as she placed one hand to her head, the American Idol alum stretched her arms gleefuly in the air in another moment, with both showing off her slender waist and hips.

Wearing her dark hair down as she accessorized her swimsuit with plenty of chunky jewelry, Katy wore silver hoop earrings and choker necklaces, also flashing some of her tattoos. The mom of one was showered with love by her followers, but it was a different story when The Daily Mail shared the photos.

"For her age, her figure is just fine, but hardly incredible. However, when you flaunt it like that, in an undersized bikini top, everyone is going to notice that it's not. And you're right - it doesn't matter in any case," one user said.

Over 700 fans agreed when another user wrote: "Wearing a bikini top that's much too small doesn't make you appear more endowed. It just accentuates your out-of-balance proportions."

Katy has since made headlines for stripping down during her summer 2025 travels, notably making headlines for showing off her bikini body in the wake of her July split from former fiancé, Orlando Bloom.
