The Erika Jayne controversy certainly isn't running out of gas, and neither is her car!

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star was spotted pumping her own gas amid her legal troubles on Monday, June 21. However, she angered fans when she tweeted an "insensitive" GIF on Tuesday morning. The infamous pop star dressed down in sweats and a t-shirt while filling up and stopping by a local PetCo with a friend. Jayne recently downgraded from her $7-million mansion in Pasadena to a $1.5-million home in Hancock Park, but the message on her shirt hinted that she still wants to live largely. She also delivered a more direct message in the form of a GIF on social media.

Erika's estranged husband, Tom Girardi, is accused of embezzling money from his clients to fund their lavish lifestyle. The ripped-off clients reportedly include victims of the 2018 Lion Air Flight plane crash. PEOPLE recently reported that Girardi's law firm allegedly loaned the "RHOBH" star's company money, which could connect her with Giradi's alleged crime. With all the controversy in the air and the legal sharks circling in on Erika, one would think a little humility would go a long way, but that's not her style.

Erika pumped gas in a shirt that read "Billionaire Boys Club," which is a popular brand started by Pharrell Williams. Check out the pics here. The fashionable garment ticked off some Bravo Fanatics, but Jayne wasn't putting up with their criticism. She tweeted a GIF from the show that featured her saying, "Go be offended at your own life."

Interesting timing, to say the least, but many of her Twitter followers were not amused by her callus GIF.

"You are not the victim in this story," one passionate fan wrote, while another said, "Even if you didn’t do it, why you acting like this? No empathy."

"Erika we aren’t offended, we are grossed out. Take your blood money and stay off tv. Now would be a good time to actually have something to say for once," a third fan replied.

There were some supportive fans mixed in and tried to remind the "RHOBH" star that she has done a lot of good. "I love how people forget your achievements. You're an artist, a mother, supporter of LGBTQ. If anyone of these people were in the same boat they would want compassion. You have mine," the supportive follower wrote.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, a new bombshell report claims Erika's company received over $20 million in loans from her estranged hubby's law firm, Girardi Keese. The docs state that the bankruptcy trustee investigating Girardi's assets needs to investigate "witnesses who may have first-hand knowledge of this widespread fraud," including Erika's new landlord.

"The Trustee is six months into her administration of the estate, and is beginning to unravel the numerous transactions which may be avoidable and recoverable for the benefit of creditors," the legal document states. "Among the possible assets to be recovered are the millions of dollars of settlement proceeds which the Debtor may have transferred to Erika."
