Andrew Cabot, the estranged husband of Kristin Cabot, the woman involved in the viral Coldplay kiss cam incident, has no intention of engaging in a public fight.
Last month, Andrew filed a motion at a New Hampshire court asking for his divorce proceedings to be sealed and not open to the public. His plea followed his estranged wife's move to end their marriage after her scandalous kiss cam moment.
Kristin Cabot gained notoriety after she and her former boss, Andy Byron, were spotted in an intimate embrace at a Coldplay concert. The band's frontman, Chris Martin, called them out over their panicked reactions to the camera, leading to infidelity speculations.
Kristin Cabot's Estranged Husband Is Choosing The Peaceful Resolution Of Their Divorce

According to new reports, Andrew filed a motion at a New Hampshire court in August, demanding the sealing of the divorce petition and subsequent proceedings. He stressed that he did not want the end of his marriage to Kristin publicized for the sake of his children.
Andrew noted the seal would "provide their family and the children with as much protection and privacy as allowed by NH Law." Kristin echoed similar sentiments, pleading for privacy, and a judge accepted their demands.
TMZ confirmed the divorce petition has been sealed, noting Andrew had opted for the peaceful resolution of his differences with Kristin instead of punishing her for the Coldplay scandal. He reportedly ticked the box that indicated his willingness to settle out of court through mediation.
Andrew Cabot Defended His Wife Against Infidelity Claims

Following the fallout of the kiss cam incident, internet sleuths discovered Kristin and Andy were legally married when they got cozy at the concert. The Blast shared that the revelation sparked numerous infidelity allegations; however, Andrew shut down the narrative.
The entrepreneur's spokesperson claimed Andrew and Kristin had separated before the concert. They claimed the former couple's split was amicable and had occurred privately weeks before the drama; therefore, Kristin had not cheated on him.
Unfortunately, the same could not be said for Andy, whose wife reportedly left their Massachusetts home for their Maine mansion. She also deleted "Byron" from her social media page, seemingly confirming her husband had cheated on her with Kristin.
The Entrepreneur's Ex-Wife Weighed In On The Scandal

Andrew's ex-wife, Julia Cabot, shared her thoughts on the kiss cam incident, claiming "karma" came to mind. She implied that her former partner got what he deserved because he had a poor character.
Julia claimed she texted Andrew after Kristin's date with her former boss went viral, and her ex-husband coldly replied, "Her life has nothing to do with me." She noted Andrew confirmed he and Kristin were separating, adding that she did not believe he was hurt.
Instead, Julia suspected Andrew was "embarrassed" by the situation. His spokesperson echoed similar sentiments, noting the entrepreneur hoped news of his divorce from Kristin would allow his family to enjoy "the privacy they've always valued."
The Kiss Cam Couple Resigned From Their Positions

Following the fallout of their Coldplay date, The Blast shared that Kristin and Andy had resigned from their positions at Astronomer. The company's spokesperson confirmed their exit in a statement, noting Kristin was no longer their Chief People Officer.
Andy, the CEO, stepped down from his role, while Astronomer's co-founder Pete DeJoy took over as interim CEO. The scandalous pair's exit was days apart, with Andy resigning on July 19 and Kristin on July 24.
The kiss cam incident sparked hilarious reactions from fans and celebrities, with country music singer Luke Bryan referencing the scandal during a July 17 concert. "Who's here with their secretary tonight?" he asked the crowd before advising them not to get caught.
Coldplay's Frontman Joked About Doing Couple 'Security Checks' After Kiss Cam Incident

The kiss cam drama occurred during a Coldplay concert at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, in July. The Blast reported that the band's frontman unknowingly outed Andy and Kristin as cheaters when they immediately ducked out of the camera's sight.
"Either they're having an affair or they're very shy," Martin said. The incident seemed to live rent-free in his mind weeks later as he joked about running a couple of "security checks" whenever the kiss cam landed on an intimate pair.
Martin was performing at London's Wembley Stadium in August when the camera stopped on a couple. "OK, now listen, my brother, I need you to nod as I do some basic security checks. Is this person your partner?" he asked the man, who didn't respond until Martin fired more hilarious questions like "Are you AI?" and "Are you real people?"
