Andrew Cabot, the estranged husband of Kristin Cabot, the woman involved in the viral Coldplay kiss cam incident, has no intention of engaging in a public fight.

Last month, Andrew filed a motion at a New Hampshire court asking for his divorce proceedings to be sealed and not open to the public. His plea followed his estranged wife's move to end their marriage after her scandalous kiss cam moment.

Kristin Cabot gained notoriety after she and her former boss, Andy Byron, were spotted in an intimate embrace at a Coldplay concert. The band's frontman, Chris Martin, called them out over their panicked reactions to the camera, leading to infidelity speculations.

According to new reports, Andrew filed a motion at a New Hampshire court in August, demanding the sealing of the divorce petition and subsequent proceedings. He stressed that he did not want the end of his marriage to Kristin publicized for the sake of his children.
