Kendall may be one of the world's most recognized models, but her true passion seems far from the runway lights. The TV personality opened up in a candid chat with Gigi Hadid about her desire to hit pause on the fashion world and focus on a quieter, more grounded lifestyle. In her words:

"I love my space in LA, but I also really love the simple life."

She is not entirely sold on reality TV either, even with season seven of "The Kardashians" underway, saying it is "not my biggest cup of tea." Instead, Kendall revealed a different calling: home design. "I swear to God, I'm going to stop everything and just design homes," she confessed.

For Kendall, life feels best when no one is watching. The socialite admits that her most joyful moments are not in the spotlight but in the quiet freedom of blending in like everyone else.

While recalling a trip to Holland with Gigi to meet the mother-of-one's Dutch family, the pair shared how they spent a day at the famous Efteling theme park in disguise.

They wore horseman warrior masks and roamed the grounds unnoticed. "Kendall's really good at hiding in plain sight," Gigi revealed, adding that her friend lives more fully than many who share her level of success.

Kendall admitted that she craves those everyday experiences. "I love to feel normal," she said, describing how she competes in horse shows under another name, with her helmet and sunglasses keeping her identity private.

Kendall's path to the top of the modeling world has been nothing short of unstoppable. Per L'Officiel, she kicked off her career in 2009 after signing with Wilhelmina Models, landing an early gig with Forever 21 before scoring her first magazine cover with American Cheerleader in 2012.

By the following year, Jenner had set her sights on high fashion, posing for Miss Vogue Australia, appearing on the cover of Harper's Bazaar Arabia, and joining Society Management.

Her breakout moment came in 2014 when she hit the runway for Marc Jacobs, quickly followed by Chanel, Balmain, and Tommy Hilfiger. That same year, she became an Estée Lauder brand ambassador and graced the covers of Interview and LOVE magazine.

By 2018, Kendall had reached a career milestone, topping Forbes' list of highest paid supermodels with $22.5 million in earnings.

Despite being named the highest-paid model in 2018, Kendall has had to push back against the idea that her famous last name handed her a modeling career.

Fashion fans have consistently debated her walk and presence, but she has cemented herself as a style force both on and off the runway. Beyond modeling, she has also boosted her fortune with 818 Tequila and her role at FWRD.

Back in 2019, she told Vogue Australia that people assumed her path was simple because of her family, but she felt it was "the complete opposite."

Her early interest in modeling was well-documented on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," though her casual approach sometimes fueled criticism. An example is when she walked out of a runway coaching session in 2011, calling it boring.

Kendall may crave a quieter life, but her family choices keep pulling her back into the spotlight. Per The Blast, both Kendall and Kylie raised eyebrows when they skipped their half-brother Brody Jenner's wedding while making time for Jeff Bezos' lavish celebration.

Sources say the sisters' absence was not simply about scheduling conflicts; it ties back to long-standing tension between their mothers. Kris Jenner and Brody's mom, Linda Thompson, reportedly clashed for years, with the fallout trickling down to the kids.

Their history of friction allegedly influenced Kendall and Kylie's decision, even though Brody reportedly sent invites months ahead.

While the sisters allegedly claimed other commitments kept them away, an insider suggested they could have made it if they truly wanted, but ultimately decided their brother's big day was not a priority.

Whether Kendall Jenner follows through on her design dreams or not, it is clear she is determined to carve out a future that feels more like her own.
