Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have managed to keep their blended family together after settling their divorce earlier this year.
Insiders close to the "Argo" actor say their children "are still really close" and keep in touch with each other "all the time."
It comes after Jennifer Lopez weighed in on the "difficult time" she faced last year, revealing that she addressed it with her children.
Ben Affleck And Jennifer Lopez's Kids 'Are Still Really Close'

Affleck and Lopez may have gone their separate ways, but their blended family has maintained a united front.
According to People Magazine, an insider said that the former couple has maintained a cordial relationship, which also extended to their children as they "are still really close."
"Things between Ben and Jennifer are good," a source close to Affleck told the news outlet. "Even though they're not together anymore, they've stayed on friendly terms."
"The kids are still really close," they continued. "They have the same groups of friends, they see each other, and they talk all the time. They make sure the kids know they get along. The most important thing to both of them is raising their kids in a supportive environment, so they plan to stay in each other's lives."
Affleck shares three children, Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel, with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, while Lopez is the mother of twins Emme and Max, whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
The Former Couple Finalized Their Divorce In January

The pair initially dated in the early 2000s and even went on to get engaged, but had to call it off due to the public attention that trailed their romance.
They reconnected and then got married in 2022, but faced heavy divorce rumors early last year after going weeks without being pictured together.
The "Maid In Manhattan" actress finally confirmed the rumors when she filed for divorce in August 2024 before finalizing their split in January.
Ben Affleck And Jennifer Lopez's Contact Is 'Now More Sporadic'

A source close to Lopez told PeopleMagazine that she has remained a "great mom" with both her and Affleck's kids, as she and the "Accountant 2" actor move on from each other.
"She's a great mom and always gave Ben's kids the same love," the source said.
They continued, "Even though her contact with Ben is now more sporadic, they make sure the kids can spend time together whenever they want."
The Singer Didn't Like Ben Affleck Hanging Out With His Other Ex-Wife, Jennifer Garner

Shortly after his divorce from Lopez, Affleck sparked rumors about a rapprochement with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, as they were spotted spending time together on several occasions.
Last November, they joined hands to share food at a charity event in L.A. for the Thanksgiving Day celebration.
The "Batman" actor also joined her to drop their daughter Violet at Yale University for her freshman year, and in July, they were spotted sitting side-by-side at a Red Sox game and were flanked by Seraphina and Sam on either side.
A source told Page Six in March that the "Jenny From the Block" singer was "not happy with constantly seeing photos" of Garner and Affleck hanging out as families, especially after a picture surfaced where the actor was seen hugging the "13 Going on 30" star during a paintball outing with Samuel.
Jennifer Lopez Weighs In On Going Through 'Difficult Times' With Her Kids

Meanwhile, Lopez opened up in May on the "difficult time" she endured as her marriage to Affleck hit the rocks.
Speaking with Spanish newspaper El País, she disclosed that when everything was seemingly crushing down hard, she addressed it directly with her children in hopes that they wouldn't be affected by it.
"I said, 'I promise you, this is a difficult time, but you're going to see that I'll come out the other side stronger and better.' I promised them that and I did it," Lopez said, per People Magazine. "And they feel it now. That gives me a great sense of peace in my life."
"I'm happier that I'm a step further along than I was a year ago, two years ago, three years ago… I'm proud of myself for that and I'm proud that I was able to navigate my children through difficult times, that they're stronger and better because of it," she continued. "So, it's a great time to go out there and dance and sing and have a good time with everybody."
