The actress was granted access by a judge to the Los Angeles County home she once shared with her estranged husband, as their bitter split continues to unfold in court.

In her first appearance before the court, a judge ruled she can return to the Los Angeles home she once shared with him on September 13 to collect her belongings.

Court documents show she is cleared to retrieve her personal items, her mother's possessions, and even her dogs. The order also stated that Phypers must not interfere with Richards' access to the property.

The judge went a step further, directing Phypers to return an iPhone and a black MacBook that Richards says he wrongfully took from her. The Daily Mail noted that the court gave him until Tuesday to hand the devices over.

Phypers has previously claimed he does not have either item, but if that is the case, the judge ordered him to "serve and file a declaration to that effect."

The fight over their home has been a constant theme throughout the divorce, and just last month, The Blast reported that Richards called out her ex and his family for wrecking the property they once shared.

In her filing, Richards said the six-bedroom home was left in disarray after Phypers, his parents, and his brother stayed there. She accused them of severely damaging the property, pointing to torn-up floors, cluttered rooms, and belongings scattered everywhere.

To support her case, Richards submitted photographs showing piles of boxes, clothing, papers, and visible damage throughout the mansion. The images, later published by Us Weekly, painted a clear picture of what she described as neglect and destruction.

Richards' divorce battle with Phypers has spilled into new territory, after she claimed that her landlord started eviction proceedings after months of unpaid rent.

The 54-year-old admitted she stopped covering the bills in January, claiming Phypers and his family refused to leave the Calabasas property. By July, the landlord demanded she settle the balance and clear out by August.

The rental dispute surfaced just days after the outlet revealed Richards spoke openly about her separation from Phypers in a heartfelt Instagram post.

She told fans how painful it was to go through another divorce, years after her split from Charlie Sheen. Richards described the ordeal as "sh-tty," saying she tried to mask the hurt while leaning on her supporters for strength.

The divorce between the estranged pair continues to get even more intense as Richards prepares to ask the court to turn her temporary restraining order into a permanent one. The Blast noted that the star has already filed her witness list, and it includes both Phypers and his mother, Patricia.

In her filing, Richards stated that Patricia would testify about conversations they had concerning alleged abuse by her son. She predicted her former mother-in-law would spend about an hour on the stand.

Richards herself expects to testify for six hours, laying out her claims of domestic violence, while Phypers is slated for four hours of questioning. By naming both her ex and his mother, Richards is broadening her strategy to build her case.

Richards' split from Phypers recently took another sharp turn as she formally asked the court to order her estranged husband to pay her monthly spousal support. Richards' filing seemingly came as a direct response to Phypers' own divorce petition, which was submitted in July.

In his petition, Phypers claimed he was unemployed and requested that the model provide him with financial support. Richards has now made it clear she is not planning to give him anything and instead wants the judge to rule the other way.

It was reported that Richards pointed to her steady stream of income from brand deals, OnlyFans, and other appearances as proof she has the means to cover her own expenses and that her ex should be held accountable for support.

With this early court win, all eyes will be on how Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers' tense divorce battle unfolds going forward.
