Mila Kunis Reveals What Makes Marriage To Ashton Kutcher Work: 'My Husband Is Really Great At Loving Me!'

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher have been married for 10 years, and the actor keeps finding new ways to show his love to his wife. 

Kutcher surprised his wife with a FaceTime call to some cast members from “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,” one of her favorite shows. 

The actress recently recalled the heartwarming gesture, declaring that such thoughtful acts contribute to making her marriage to Kutcher “work.” 

During the Toronto International Film Festival, Kunis recalled meeting the “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” cast via FaceTime, saying she was “barely awake” when the call came in. 

The “Family Guy” actress told an Entertainment Tonight reporter that when her husband called her, he said, “You’ll be really happy about this.” He then turned the camera to reveal the ladies from the show, and Kunis was shocked.

“I was like ‘oh my God!’ And he knows me so well, and I was like ‘Hey girls! What's happening!?’ It was great,” she said. 

Before that, Kunis gushed over her husband, saying, “My husband is really great at loving me, you know what I mean? Like, he accepts me for who I am,” she said. 

The 42-year-old star added that her husband could be reading a book about quantum physics while she’s watching “Real Housewives.” She noted that their diverse interests make them work as a couple. 

In May, PEOPLE Magazine reported that “The Secret Lives Of Mormon Wives” star Layla Taylor shared the wholesome story of meeting Kutcher in New York during a press trip. 

Taylor said she was with her fellow castmate Jessi Ngatikaura when they ran into the “Two and a Half Men” actor. She noted that they were awed by Kutcher and decided to walk up to him and say hi because they adore him.

“We love him. He’s an amazing actor, obviously. So we walked up to him and he’s like, ‘Oh my God, I love your show,’” she recalled. 

Taylor noted that she didn’t believe it when Kutcher said he watches the show “all the time” with his wife. And when he FaceTimed Kunis, she became “starstruck.” 

The reality TV star also revealed that for her, it’s normal to see “normal people” watching the show. However, she has a hard time believing that “high celebrities” also find it interesting. 

Back in July, Kutcher and Kunis made headlines for attending a Backstreet Boys concert in Las Vegas.  

The couple didn’t hold back on showing their fun side as they sang the lyrics of “I Want It That Way” to each other. 

Lost in their own world, they were spotted wearing matching white shirts and black trousers as they held hands and looked lovingly at each other while singing along to the song. 

Although Kunis and Kutcher appeared to be thoroughly enjoying themselves, fans online did not buy their display. Instead, they accused the couple of doing it as a PR move to save their declining reputation. 

Kunis and Kutcher came under fire for being associated with Diddy, the rapper who was arrested and charged with several sex-related crimes. 

When one fan watched the couple singing to each other at the concert, the fan wrote, “They would be the best couple in Hollywood if they didn’t have MASSIVE skeletons in their closet.” 

Another fan called them the “Diddy couple,” while another wrote that their PDA was “cringe.”

Before the concert, the Hollywood couple took a breather from all the Diddy drama by going on vacation. They headed to Venice, Italy, where they boarded a yacht named Eminence to celebrate their 10th anniversary. 

Both Kutcher and Kunis donned casual outfits as reported by The Blast, and the former was seen with a wrist guard on his left hand. 

Although the cause of his injury was unknown, the 47-year-old actor could have likely sustained it from carpal tunnel syndrome or vasculitis.
