Scott Wolf's Estranged Wife Reportedly Unfocused During Police Visit

According to a police report, authorities responded to a "keep the peace" call at an Airbnb in Peoa, Utah, on Labor Day. The caller asked the Summit County Sheriff's Office deputies to help remove a female tenant who had overstayed her welcome.

The incident report did not mention the tenant's name, but sources with direct knowledge claimed the woman was Kelley. Deputies noted they "found the residence in disarray," as Kelley had been moving massive amounts of alcohol, food, decorations, and other personal items into the home.

Kelley, per the report obtained by TMZ, was not in the best state when deputies confronted her. They stressed that she was cooperative but "struggled to follow directions and staying focused on the task of moving her items out of the home."

Kelley Wolf Thought The Airbnb Was For Sale

When authorities interrogated her about the items she was moving into the residence, Kelley claimed she believed she was moving into her new home. She assumed she was buying the Airbnb, a confusing notion as the property wasn't for sale.

Deputies eventually got Kelley to move her belongings to the front porch and ensured she could no longer access the home. The claims of her unfocused interaction with authorities and the large amounts of alcohol in her possession come days after her rehab declaration.

The Blast covered the story, reporting that Kelley appeared in court on September 2 to address her three misdemeanor charges. She shared her plans to enter a rehabilitation facility on September 12, claiming her estranged husband and Bart Johnson had implored her to get treatment.

Although Kelley declared she would enter rehab, she implied she did not require treatment because she was of sound mind. She accused Scott and Johnson of pushing her to get treatment for the last six months, noting all she ever wanted to do was leave her marriage.

Despite her claims, Kelley's actions were a different story. She was arrested on August 26 in Utah after doxxing her friends and family members in a series of social media posts. She shared private information, including text exchanges with her three children and Scott's phone number.

Kelley's actions violated the terms of the former couple's temporary stipulated agreement, leading to her three misdemeanor charges being marked as domestic violence-related.

Following Kelley's arrest, The Blast shared that Scott's legal team did not want her to be released without punishment. They argued that precautions were needed to stop her concerning online behavior and implored the judge for a social media ban.

Scott's attorneys noted the ban should be included as a part of the terms for Kelley's bond. They also got a second restraining order against her, prohibiting further harassment and banning her from contacting or approaching her estranged husband.

The protection order followed Scott's second win in his temporary custody arrangement with Kelley. A Judge upheld the terms of the first agreement, which gave him temporary sole custody of his three kids and supervised visits for his former partner.

Before Kelley was taken into custody on August 26, The Blast shared that she played the victim card on her Instagram Story. She denied knowing why authorities were arresting her, arguing that she had done nothing wrong.

"I am not suicidal. I am no danger to anyone. I have done nothing," Kelley wrote, adding that she was "so scared" and "so confused" by her arrest. She painted herself as an unfortunate victim of injustice, noting she was arrested on the same night she had a date.

Kelley's tales of woe continued with desperate pleas for fans to save her, repeatedly stressing that she was innocent despite authorities telling her they had "probable cause' of a crime." Her past run-ins with the law saw Kelley placed on two psychiatric holds.
