Charlie Sheen is back in the spotlight with his unflinching new memoir, "The Book of Sheen."
The Hollywood veteran held nothing back as he laid bare his rocky marriages, drug-fueled spirals, and strained family ties.
With brutal honesty, Sheen revisited his lowest moments and the women who shaped and shattered some of the most pivotal chapters of his life.
Charlie Sheen Opens Up On Denise Richards

In his memoir, Sheen directed some of his sharpest words at Denise Richards, his second wife and the mother of his daughters Sami and Lola.
In an excerpt of the memoir obtained by the Daily Mail, he recalled the unraveling of their marriage during the peak of his "Two and a Half Men" fame, noting that as the sitcom's popularity soared, his home life crumbled.
Sheen wrote that Richards eventually left him feeling "discarded" after what he described as "unending conflicts."
He claimed she was pushed over the edge when she got hold of an email he had sent to a porn star he was seeing in a hotel.
The message, passed along to Richards by a mutual friend, would become one of the breaking points.
"In my experience, the main feeling between sadness and rage is something I can only describe as discarded," Sheen recalled.
The actor further described being ordered by a judge to leave the "beautiful home I'd renovated to perfection."
He wasn't allowed to see his daughters for 18 months without court permission. That separation, he explained, cut deeper than any other wound from the divorce.
Charlie Sheen Confronts His Past With Brooke Mueller

Sheen's reflections on his third marriage to Brooke Mueller are equally unflattering.
Introduced by the late Matthew Perry, the couple tied the knot in 2009 while both were sober. However, Sheen admits his reasons for marrying Mueller were rooted not in love, but in fear.
"I was feeling so overwhelmed, beat down, and outnumbered in my life; I didn't want to keep fighting those battles alone," Sheen confessed.
He described marrying Mueller out of "loneliness and fear," a decision that quickly backfired.
Their twin sons, Bob and Max, were born in March of that year, but the family quickly fell into chaos.
Sheen recalled, "She was more enamored with the idea of becoming a mom than actually being one."
He described their eventual breakup as "messy, painful, and pricey."
Drugs, Fame, And The Rise And Fall Of Charlie Sheen

Sheen's memoir doesn't shy away from his notorious struggles with addiction.
He recounted his spiral into drugs and alcohol that derailed his acting career, despite roles in iconic films like "Platoon" and "Wall Street" and his long-running sitcom success.
His infamous 2011 "tiger blood" phase got a mention as one of his lowest points.
During that period, Sheen chugged from a bottle of liquid on the rooftop of Live Nation's Beverly Hills building, declaring himself invincible. "Tiger blood" became a viral phrase, but for Sheen, it was a symbol of rock bottom.
He also admitted to once spending $30,000 on a Panama hat and relying on a powerful form of Vicodin that left him in "full withdrawal" if he missed a dose.
Sheen's financial recklessness and addictions collided with his personal life, making reconciliation with Richards impossible.
Family Fallout And Sheen's Children

The memoir also touched on Charlie Sheen's rocky relationships with his children.
His first daughter, Cassandra, was born in 1984 when he was just 19.
He remembers smoking weed with a friend while caring for the baby and being "covered in pureed food."
His daughters with Richards, Sami and Lola, were born during a time of escalating conflict.
Sheen admitted that Lola's birth was a desperate attempt to save a failing marriage, but noted that "Instead their love was smashed into a million pieces."
Today, his relationship with Sami remains fragile. The OnlyFans model has said she would "rather literally do anything else than go to lunch with my father."
It is a stark reminder of the personal toll Sheen's behavior has taken over the years.
Sheen Reflects On Regrets And Resilience

For all the venom in "The Book of Sheen," the actor tempered his memoir with moments of hard-won clarity.
He acknowledged the "sh-t decisions" he made with Mueller and admitted that he dragged her into his cycle of drugs.
"It began a rot that consumed our entire family," he wrote.
And yet, Sheen claims there has been some healing.
"The relationship I have today with (Richards) is solid, and the one I have with (Mueller) is sustainable," he explained.
Now 60 and sober since 2017, Sheen seems eager to reclaim his narrative, even if it means exposing the darkest corners of his past.
His memoir is timed alongside a Netflix documentary that promises even more revelations.
Whether readers view him as a cautionary tale or a redeemed Hollywood rebel, Sheen ensures that the world won't stop talking about him anytime soon.
