According to sources, Prince Harry has learned a valuable lesson about publicizing his issues with the Royal Family.

The Duke of Sussex has made several headlines for his drama with the UK government, especially over their decision to end his publicly funded security detail. He dragged the matter in court to reinstate the protection and lost.

Following his unsuccessful attempts, Prince Harry declared in an interview that he could not foresee his family returning to the UK without their security detail. However, sources recently claimed he has done a complete 180 and regrets his stance.

An insider, claiming to be a friend of Harry's, spilled the tea about his changed mindset in a new interview. They alleged he felt differently about his family's return to the UK, noting he wished to showcase his homeland to his kids and introduce them to the Royal Family.

"He's not given up hope on bringing his family back to the UK. He wants to be able to show his children where he grew up," the insider told The Sunday Times. They added, "He wants them to know their family here. He really would like to come back to the UK much more."

The insider's claims followed the drama between Harry and the UK government after his publicly funded security was terminated. Sources, per Page Six, noted he regretted "pressing the nuclear button" in his public battle with the court over the issue.

Sources claimed Harry regretted publicizing his protection order drama and realized too late that it wasn't "the wisest idea" after spending over $1 million on the court battle. They alleged he would pursue the issue under the radar, as he hasn't given up.

After losing the case, Harry declared in an interview that he "can't see a world" where he would bring his wife and children back to the UK. His entire family last visited in 2022 when they attended Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

Earlier reports hinted at a possible reunion between Harry and King Charles this week; however, sources claimed the Duke won't have time to meet his father when he visits the UK for a charity event.

According to an insider, William wasn't giving Harry an opportunity to fix their broken bond because of his controversial behavior. They claimed the future King did not believe the Duke of Sussex was genuine about his reconciliation efforts, stressing:

Additionally, the insider implied William called BS on Harry's efforts because he suspected his intentions were financially influenced. They explained that the Prince of Wales did not want the Royal Family to make headlines whenever his younger brother had "a new contract to promote."

William's alleged concerns about Harry's reconciliation efforts weren't wrong, per a source's claims. The Blast shared that a source accused the Duke of Sussex of making several demands before reuniting with his father, including reinstating his family's security.

The source claimed Harry wanted Buckingham Palace to protect him and his family from the paparazzi with strict safety measures. Additionally, he demanded that his wife, Meghan Markle, be treated like royalty by staff and other royal members.
