Sophie Rain suspects Lil Tay may have been dishonest about her OnlyFans earnings.

The internet personality recently weighed in on the musician's claims of raking $15 million on the explicit content platform. Having made a significant sum through the adult website, she did not believe the latter's income was feasible.

Sophie Rain and Lil Tay have been making waves for their differences since the younger entertainer proposed a boxing match. She dissed Rain as insignificant and tried to instigate a fight, but her taunts were brushed aside.

Rain did not stutter while addressing her issues with Lil Tay, including the latter's claims of making $15 million in two weeks. She found it hard to believe she had earned the massive sum in such a short time frame, noting it took significant effort to earn a living through OnlyFans.

From having a good team for promotions to creating sizzling content that attracted subscribers, Rain stressed that it took months to amass the sum Lil Tay claimed she did in weeks. She told TMZ that she wasn't against the rising star but hoped she would stop using her name for clout.

Rain first showcased zero interest in Lil Tay after the latter's boxing match taunt. The Blast covered the story in August, reporting that Lil Tay had called out Rain on Instagram with a $60 million offer, claiming the sum was more than she had ever made.

Lil Tay dissed Rain as "crusty" and "boomer a-s," telling her not to avoid the fight and accept her offer. However, Rain was unimpressed by her attempt to start a public feud, declaring, "Lil Tay's been falling off for years, now she's making up fake drama just to stay relevant."

Inside The Drama Between The OnlyFans Creators

The issues between the content creators reportedly began after a playful TikTok post from Rain's Bop House. The video suggested Lil Tay had auditioned to join the collective; however, she did not appreciate the joke.

Lil Tay called out the group on Instagram, stressing that she never auditioned to join the house and slammed them as a "rented retirement home" for "washed-up" content creators. The musician did not stop there and threw more shots at Rain.

Despite Lil Tay's taunts and social media provocation, Rain remained unbothered. She explained that she built her platform through dedication and hard work, rather than relying on "manufactured internet theatrics" or attempting to bring other women down.

The explicit platform stars initially had an amicable relationship, with The Blast sharing that Rain had been excited for Lil Tay's OnlyFans debut. "I'm proud of her, but I hope she's ready for the mental strain it causes at such a young age," Rain said.

She claimed she spoke to Lil Tay about the cons of becoming successful on the adult content platform, noting the industry was not for the faint of heart. Rain also stressed that Lil Tay's confidence wasn't enough to weather the platform's mental toll and advised her to tread carefully.

Lil Tay raved about her success in an interview, claiming she always knew explicit content creation was for her. "I've been planning this since I was nine," she declared, noting several famous figures had been waiting for the day she turned 18.

Additionally, the internet personality compared herself to Sydney Sweeney and Sabrina Carpenter. She labeled them "The Big 3," noting she joined the explicit content platform because she believed the famous pair would have joined if they were in her shoes.
