Teddi Mellencamp is keeping up with her immunotherapy despite its drawbacks.
The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum recently updated fans about the treatment weeks after asking for tips to manage her anxiety. She first revealed the procedure affected her mental health on a July episode of her "Two T's in a Pod" podcast.
Teddi Mellencamp was diagnosed with stage II melanoma, a type of skin cancer, in 2022. Three years later, in February 2025, she revealed she was hospitalized for multiple brain tumors. Two months later, she announced her melanoma had progressed to stage IV.
Teddi Mellencamp Reveals She Is Still On Immunotherapy

Mellencamp dropped a health update on her Instagram Story, sharing a picture of herself at the hospital with a drip attached to her arm. "Immunotherapy day," she captioned the image. The post came weeks after she revealed the treatment's unflattering side in an August 14 post.
"Okay, for those of y'all who have gone through immunotherapy, did you have severe anxiety, just on random days for no apparent reason?" Mellencamp asked fans. She noted the treatment had been affecting her negatively, adding:
"Like today, I was able to walk, I did the podcast, and now I'm just sitting here full of anxiety. It's common. What are things that you guys have done to help make you feel better? Let me know."

Mellencamp echoed similar sentiments in the post's caption, imploring fans for their advice and tips to help her combat the anxiety immunotherapy caused. Her plea for support continued six days ago when she asked for a support group for cancer patients.
Mellencamp penned her need for a support group for stage IV melanoma patients in the Instagram post. She noted she was looking for people who had the condition that metastasized to their brains.
Additionally, she asked those interested in joining a support group to contact her. Mellencamp's words sparked numerous messages from fans, who shared their cancer experiences, while others revealed the support groups they used.

Mellencamp's issues with the side effects of immunotherapy first made waves in July. The Blast covered the story, reporting that she revealed the problem during an episode of her podcast with co-host Tamra Judge.
She admitted that she hadn't been feeling well for about a month, noting her poor health affected her mentally. Mellencamp explained that some days she felt like she couldn't keep her eyes open or her words straight.
The situation scared her, leading to an urgent examination that revealed her cancer treatment came with horrible side effects. "It's showing that's why I medically feel so sick. It is from the immunotherapy," Mellencamp said about her test results.

Mellencamp noted the test results showed her tumors were shrinking; however, the drawbacks of immunotherapy were too much for her mental health. On that note, she declared she would take a break from the treatment to let her body rest.
"I'm on steroids and we're doing everything that we can to get me back to feeling like I can do this, I can do all the things," Mellencamp said. Her revelation came two months after she first revealed her tumors were shrinking following an examination.
Mellencamp claimed doctors confirmed "everything's just heading the correct way," as the tumors in her lungs had reduced significantly. She declared that one of the tumors was so small it was barely visible.
Teddi Mellencamp Addressed Her Cheating Scandal

Last month, The Blast shared that Mellencamp had opened up about her alleged affair with her horse trainer, Simon Schroeder. She did not give a direct answer about the infidelity allegation, noting she never wanted people to have a clear idea of what happened because of her kids.
Despite her claims, Mellencamp seemingly confirmed she had cheated on her then-husband, Edwin Arroyave. "Did I do things that hurt other people? Yes. To this day, does it still hurt my heart, and I wonder if that's why it got cancer? Yes, like it was my payback," she confessed.
Mellencamp added that she wasn't herself when she hurt her loved ones, claiming she was "so broken as a human being" that she did things without thinking. Although Mellencamp did not blame the situation on her poor health, she stressed that it had influenced her decisions.
