Jasveen Sangha entered a guilty plea on Wednesday to five federal charges, including the distribution of ketamine resulting in death.

She had been scheduled to go to trial later this month, but the deal came just weeks after reports revealed negotiations were already underway.

The 42-year-old Sangha is now the fifth and final defendant charged in Perry’s overdose to admit guilt.

According to the Daily Mail, she was asked directly in court about her role in supplying the lethal drugs.

Sangha responded, “There was no way I could tell 100 per cent” when asked if she knew the drugs she gave to co-defendant Erik Fleming were destined for Perry.

To a similar question about vials of ketamine, she added, “I didn’t know if all of them or some of them” would reach the star.

The "Friends" actor was discovered lifeless in his Los Angeles jacuzzi on October 29, 2023, shocking fans across the globe.

Months later, the medical examiner confirmed that Matthew Perry had died from the “acute effects of ketamine.”

The actor had been open about his addiction struggles and was praised for sharing his experiences in hopes of deterring others.

Prosecutors revealed chilling details about Perry’s final days.

Seeking more ketamine than his doctor would prescribe, he turned to Sangha through Fleming. Just four days before his death, Perry purchased 25 vials for $6,000 in cash.

Fleming even bragged in messages to Perry’s assistant that Sangha’s ketamine was “amazing” and that she only dealt “with high end and celebs.”

Perry’s mother, Suzanne, and his stepfather, Keith Morrison, were present in the courtroom to witness Sangha admit guilt.

Their presence underscored the deep emotional weight of the proceedings.

Under the plea agreement, Sangha admitted to one count of maintaining a drug-involved premises, three counts of distribution of ketamine, and one count of distribution of ketamine resulting in death.

Other charges, including three additional ketamine-related counts and one unrelated methamphetamine charge, were dropped.

Though Sangha could face up to 65 years in prison, prosecutors have agreed to request less than the maximum.

Her sentencing is scheduled for December 10, and none of the other co-defendants have yet been sentenced.

Sangha, dubbed the “Ketamine Queen,” had been in federal custody for about a year before Wednesday’s plea.

Her admission closes one of the darkest chapters in Perry’s story, but for his family and fans, the loss remains immeasurable.

The guilty plea comes nearly two years after Perry’s shocking passing, which prompted an outpouring of grief and tributes, including a moving segment at the 2024 Emmy Awards.
