Kelley Wolf put on a brave face in court during her arraignment over her acrimonious relationship with her estranged husband, Scott Wolf.
The media personality has raised several eyebrows for her concerning online behavior, frequently airing her issues with her ex on Instagram. However, in August, she crossed the line by publicizing the "Party of Five" actor's phone number.
Kelley Wolf's issues with her former partner have sparked two psychiatric holds, which she condemned as an abuse of the system. Despite her grievances, Scott Wolf's estranged wife has decided to check into a rehabilitation centre.

Kelley appeared in court on Tuesday, September 2, to address the three misdemeanor charges she received following her arrest on August 26. She revealed to a district court judge that she would enroll in a rehabilitation centre and begin treatment on September 12.
"This is what was asked of me by both Bart Johnson and Scott Wolf, now for six months — all I wanted to do was leave a marriage," Kelley said. She claimed she couldn't wait to join rehab, raving about the benefits of her chosen center.
Kelley described it as "a great place," claiming she always recommended the center to her patients as a mental health professional. "So, September 12, I will be there for a month. I hope that helps," she added. PEOPLE noted her confession followed prosecutors' failed efforts in the case.

Kelley's rehabilitation goals came after Judge Janet Elledge denied prosecutor Wendy Crossland's request for proof of compliance with the pre-trial release conditions of her bail. The terms stated that Kelley must participate in drug and narcotic testing.
Additionally, Kelley must attend an inpatient or outpatient medical, behavioral, psychological, or psychiatric treatment before her next hearing on September 30. As stated, these bail terms followed the media personality's arrest on August 26 in Utah.
Kelley received three misdemeanor charges, including one charge of misdemeanor electronic communications harassment from an August 25 incident. The other two charges of misdemeanor electronic disclosure of personal identifying information were linked to her August 26 spiral.
Inside The Domestic Violence-Related Drama

Kelley's situation took a devastating turn as all three misdemeanor charges were reportedly marked as domestic violence-related. The drama began last week when she faced legal consequences for her actions after doxxing her friends and family members on Instagram.
She shared private information, including text messages with her and Scott's three children, Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11. Her actions violated their temporary stipulated agreement, which contained a social media and press gag order.
The Blast shared that Kelley took things too far by sharing Scott's phone number on her Instagram Stories and seemingly urging people to contact him with the message, "Let's let dimples field his own press?" A police officer responded to her estranged husband's distress call, leading to Kelley's arrest for online harassment.
The TV Personality Scored Another Victory In Their Custody Agreement

Besides the social media and press gag order, the former couple's temporary stipulated agreement was a significant victory for Scott, as most of the terms from their first settlement were upheld. The actor continued to have sole physical custody of his children and control over the exes' finances.
On the other hand, Kelley was granted supervised parenting time, including supervised phone or video calls weekly. However, she was allowed to respond if her children contacted her beyond the stipulated period.
Scott maintained exclusive use of their Park City home while Kelley was ordered to stay away from the property. Although she could return to the residence for her supervised parenting time if the exes agreed on a supervisor.
Scott Wolf's Estranged Wife Banned From Harrassing Him

Scott initially filed a temporary restraining order against Kelley to stop her from approaching him or their children. He later dropped the ban, but a judge reinstated the protective order on August 28 following his estranged wife's arrest, per The Blast.
The restraining order banned Kelley from "committing, attempting, or threatening any form of violence" against Scott, including harassment, stalking, or causing physical harm. She was required to stay at least 300 feet away from him and their three children.
The restriction was excluded for court-approved mediation sessions. Additionally, Kelley was ordered to avoid drugs and alcohol before her next hearing and could pack her belongings from her former marital home under police supervision.
