Unrivaled is leveling up their game.
The professional women's basketball league, that's played during the WNBA's offseason, recently locked in 14 of the nation's top women's college basketball stars with groundbreaking NIL deals, and brought them together for the first-ever "Future is Unrivaled Summit Presented by Samsung Galaxy" for exclusive content shoots and to debut the new faces of Unrivaled's merchandise line.
The new merch builds on last year's buzzworthy line with Paige Bueckers and Flau'jae Johnson and takes it a step further. With an expanded collection of bold apparel and lifestyle pieces, it's more than merch, it's a movement that screams the future truly is unrivaled.

Unrivaled's Inaugural Season Was A Huge Success

Unrivaled had a very successful inaugural season last year. Leading up to the start of their first season, big-name brands and organizations were signing on with partnerships that grabbed attention.
Some of the brands that signed on to partner with the new women's basketball league include Samsung Galaxy, TNT Sports, Sephora, Ally Financial, Miller Lite, State Farm, Under Armour, Ticketmaster, Mediapro North America, Sprite, and BODYARMOR Sports Drink.
The league has also drawn an impressive roster of supporters, including Steph Curry, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Coco Gauff, Carmelo Anthony, Dawn Staley, Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, and many others.
The New League Was Started By Two WNBA Players

Unrivaled was started by New York Liberty star Breanna Steward and Minnesota Lynx star Napheese Collier to give WNBA players an option to continue playing during the offseason without traveling overseas.
In 2023, Stewart explained to ESPN what the league was all about.
"It's the ability for players to stay home. To be in a market like Miami where we can just be the buzz and create that with the best WNBA players," she said. "We can't keep fighting [the WNBA's prioritization rule]. It is a rule that takes away our choices, which should never be a thing, especially as women, but it's still a rule."
Collier shared some of her own experience.
"I think it just really opened my eyes even more to the problem that we have going overseas," she said. "It's really hard to be away from family for so long, but unfortunately, it's like really the only option we have if we wanna make money in the offseason, we want to continue to grow our game, and it just leaves a huge hole marketing wise, so we just saw a lot of issues that we wanted to try to find a solution for."
The first season of Unrivaled debuted in mid-January 2025 and ran for nine weeks. There's no start date for the second season just yet, but if it follows last year's schedule, it should begin early in the new year.
