Jennifer Aniston gets vulnerable about aging and her secret to staying youthful!
Thanks to her timeless appearance, the "Friends" star has been embroiled in plastic surgery rumors for years. Although she has denied going under the knife, the entertainer has been open about maintaining her looks with cosmetic treatments.
Jennifer Aniston's skincare confession follows her blossoming relationship with hypnotherapist Jim Curtis. The pair have been making waves as a couple for months, with sources claiming the wellness expert is a positive addition to the actress's life.
Jennifer Aniston Insists She Is Pro-Aging

Aniston and her "Morning Show" co-stars Reese Witherspoon, Marion Cotillard, Karen Pittman, and Nicole Beharie sat down for a joint interview as the cover models of Glamour's latest issue. Cotillard credited Aniston for inspiring her to embrace aging as she approached her 50th birthday.
When asked about her co-star's comment, Aniston confessed that she was happy because there weren't role models like herself when she was growing up. "I think as far as aging gracefully, I have an eternal fountain of optimism and positivity," she explained, noting she was pro-aging with good maintenance.
Aniston claimed embracing aging started from how people viewed their body and loved themselves, adding: "I'm not going to say I don't get the facials and the lasers and all that good stuff. I mean, I'm maintained." She implied she chose cosmetic treatments over surgery because she was comfortable in her skin.
The Hollywood Veteran Denied Using Botox

The interview wasn't the first time Aniston had denied getting extensive work done to maintain her youthful appearance. In 2017, she shut down the Botox claims, stressing that she was not a fan of the cosmetic procedure.
"I'm not saying that I haven't tried it, but I see how it's a slippery slope. All that cosmetic stuff looks ridiculous on me," she said at the time. Aniston echoed similar sentiments in 2024, revealing she tried a salmon sperm facial but did not believe it was worth the hype.
The actress confessed that she did not think the facial had any benefits for her skin; however, peptide injections were a different story. The Daily Mail reported that Aniston was a fan of the treatment, which delivers short chains of amino acids called peptides directly into the bloodstream.
The Entertainer Previously Underwent Rhinoplasty

One of the biggest plastic surgery speculations Aniston faced was rumors of a nose job. She repeatedly denied going under the knife to reshape her nose but eventually came clean in 2007, revealing she had rhinoplasty.
However, Aniston stressed that she underwent the procedure to fix a deviated septum rather than adjusting her nose shape. "Best thing I ever did... As far as all the other [rumors], as boring as it sounds, it's still mine. All of it," she declared.
Besides facials and other cosmetic treatments, Aniston kept her body and skin glowing through workouts and strict diets, including intermittent fasting. She reportedly does Pvolve five days a week, and her workout routines are cardio-intensive.
Sources Claimed The Actress Was 'Paranoid About Aging'

Aniston's pro-aging confession came weeks after The Blast reported that sources claimed she was interested in plastic surgery. The allegations accused the actress of being "paranoid about aging" because of her blossoming relationship with Curtis.
Sources claimed she had different operations lined up, including a breast lift and probably a fat transfer to plump up her backside. Additionally, Aniston wanted to fix the loose skin on her neck and use other procedures to enhance her appearance.
An insider close to Aniston shut down these plastic surgery claims, stressing that she had lost zero confidence. They claimed she was not insecure about any part of her body and would not undergo the alleged operations.
Jennifer Aniston's Beau Helping Heal From 'Old Wounds'

Although sources claimed Aniston wished to transform her body through surgery amid her romance with Curtis, other insiders begged to differ. The Blast covered the story, reporting that these informants claimed the hypnotherapist was a positive addition to the actress's life.
Aniston, per insiders, was triggered by her role as actress Jennette McCurdy's mother in the Apple TV+ adaptation of her bestselling book, "I'm Glad My Mom Died." They claimed the character revisited Aniston's issues with her late mother, Nancy Dow, who died in 2016.
"Jennifer's new relationship is giving her a safe place to process the old wounds," an insider said. They credited Curtis for helping her heal from her trauma, noting he was "coaching her to use the pain constructively rather than bury it."
Will Jennifer Aniston's pro-aging stance continue in an industry riddled with plastic surgery?
