Miley Cyrus Freeing The Nipple While Braless Worries With 'Sunken' Cheeks

Miley Cyrus has sparked concern with her latest fashion campaign. The singer, 31, channeled a ghost-like, ethereal energy to debut her ambassador status for designer Maison Margiela recently, but the response was more about her appearance than the clothes she was modeling. Showing off her figure in two photos on Instagram at the end of August, Miley made headlines for wearing only body paint in one share, with another showing her in an open coat and paint-like bodysuit. The "Flowers" hitmaker, who also modeled a braless dress, put on a perky display in one slide, but one look at the comments shows a fanbase talking about her face.

The Grammy winner, who also fronts Gucci's fragrances and Dolce & Gabbana eyewear, displayed her high cheekbones, rocking very pale foundation that fans seemed to think made her look washed out. In her first photo, the former Disney star held a purse from the luxury designer, adding block white heels.

In her second photo, Miley upped the ante in a gorgeous white dress, going ruched in a midi number as she teased her braless cleavage with a nipple flash. The ex to Liam Hemsworth opted for black Mary-Jane heels here, writing: "Miley Cyrus wears emblematic pieces from the Autumn-Winter 2025 Collection in a series of painterly portraits by Paolo Roversi."

"What happen to her," one user replied. Over 300 fans agreed with the reply. Over 200 users agreed when another fan said: "What happened to her face? Sunken cheeks, bulging teeth, no eyebrows. She went from really beautiful to some sort of a cartoon. I don't understand why anyone would encourage this."

This wouldn't be the first time this year that Miley has sparked such remarks, with some fans even speculating surgery. The chart-topping artist has never admitted to going under the knife. "Why she look like Marilyn Manson now? What happened to her cheeks and eyebrows," was another comment. Some fans jumped in to defend Miley, though.

"Jesus, those comments about what happened to her! People change. She’s stunning she’s the absolute face of this campaign. She’s the moment! Love everything about this," the fan said, but with just over 15 likes, it wasn't one of the more popular comments.

In the above photo, fans likely had their eyes farther down.

Displaying her cleavage in a sheer, black, ribbed dress with a structured finish, Miley slipped her curves into her chest-flashing look, one she donned for an interview with Baywatch star, Pamela Anderson.
