The billionaire was even likened to an "Olympic swimmer" by one user, although she's since made headlines for acknowledging that she'll "never" look how she used to. Selena suffers from the autoimmune condition Lupus, and has confirmed that her weight can fluctuate based on the medication she takes to manage her health.
