Now, according to a source, neither seems concerned about the age gap nature of their new relationships or how quickly the other has started dating again after their long marriage.
"The age difference [with their younger partners] is not a big deal," a source told Us Weekly about Alba and Warren. "They think it's common in Hollywood, so there's no issue. They are cool with each other dating."
"They're happy for each other," the source added. "There's no negativity or bad feelings. They're still good friends and just want each other to be happy. And they aren't judging each other."

Over the course of their marriage, Alba and Warren welcomed three children: Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and Hayes, 7.
Since their split, they have co-parented the trio, and although they are in new relationships, they are in no hurry to introduce their kids to their partners.
Additionally, the former couple has specifically discussed "boundaries" with each other regarding any potential romantic interests in a bid to protect their children's privacy and well-being.
"They are incredibly protective of their kids' privacy and well-being, so introducing new partners would be taken very slowly and only once a relationship is stable and serious," the insider said about the decision.
For the foreseeable future, the duo also remains committed to continuing their co-parenting arrangement to ensure their children grow up in a "stable and peaceful environment."
The Duo Reportedly Split Over 'Trust Issues'

When the former couple announced their split in January, a close source hinted at the reasons behind their breakup after many years together.
"They have tried therapy and have worked out past issues over the years," the insider told Us Weekly.
"There were trust issues in the past, which led to many arguments. … The marriage ran its course. Their communication hadn't been great," the source added.

Alba filed for divorce the following month, noting in the paperwork that she and Warren had been separated since late December 2024. She also indicated that she was seeking joint custody for their children.
Elsewhere in the filing, it was cited that "irreconcilable differences" were the reason for the split. The doc also revealed that the actress planned on returning to her previous legal name, Jessica Marie Alba.
Since then, the pair have finalized their divorce, though the details regarding the division of their assets remain undisclosed.

The former couple has remained amicable since their split, as evidenced by their continued participation in family activities and the kind words they have shared about each other in public since their separation.
First, in April, Alba and Warren celebrated Easter together with their kids. During the gathering, the family took part in an egg hunt and visited a petting zoo, with Alba sharing photos from the day on Instagram.
Then, on Father's Day in June, Alba praised Warren in a heartfelt tribute that highlighted his parenting abilities.
"Happy Father's Day, @Cash_Warren," Alba wrote, adding a photo of Warren holding the Hayes in 2017.

That same month, Warren was approached by TMZ, and when asked about Alba's new romance, he said there was no ill will, adding that he's "happy she's happy."
