Porsha Williams Moves To Hold Ex-Husband In Contempt Over Unpaid Expenses

According to new reports, Williams filed legal documents on Thursday, August 28, asking the court to hold Guobadia in contempt for not covering her bills. She claimed he owed her money for their marital residence expenses, alimony payments, attorney's fees, and property taxes.
Williams noted the debt was $667,359.55, claiming Guobadia could easily pay off the sum if he gave her his share of equity in their marital home.
She also implored the court to hold her ex accountable for his actions, describing his nonpayment as "a knowing, intentional, and ongoing disregard for this Court's authority and the Final Judgment it issued."
The TV personality's motion, per The Daily Mail, came weeks after Guobadia recounted his horrid experience in ICE custody.
He was deported to his native country, Nigeria, in June after spending three months in a separate cell. He claimed the hours alone made him understand why people chose suicide in custody.

Guobadia recalled that Williams chose to comfort him while he was vulnerable and wormed her way into his heart. He claimed the fallout of their divorce had cleared his eyes, stressing that getting engaged in 30 days wasn't normal.
"I was out of my godd-mn mind to have done that. Of course, I'm paying dearly for it," Guobadia lamented. He labeled Williams a gold digger, noting that he had never failed to uphold the prenups of his past marriages. However, feeling exploited by Williams motivated him to fight back.

Guobadia explained that he had much to lose if Williams had a way after a judge sided with her and upheld the terms of their prenup. The agreement left the entertainer with several benefits, including $560,000 in alimony and their marital home in Atlanta.
The businessman doubled down on his exploitation claims, stressing that he was "totally blindsided" by Williams' divorce filing. Guobadia explained that he kept asking why she wanted to end their union, but his ex couldn't give a tangible reason for leaving.
Additionally, he labeled the divorce "a coup" because he lost contact with her family following the filing. The whole situation made Guobadia feel like it was orchestrated from the start, and he filed an appeal to stop the enforcement of their prenup.
The Bravolebrity's Alleged Earnings Revealed In Prenup War

Williams' alleged earnings from 2024 were revealed in Guobadia's appeal, with US Weekly reporting that her decision to return to "RHOA" should have voided their prenuptial agreement. He explained that the deal stemmed from his ex-wife's unemployment.
Guobadia had agreed to cover Williams' income loses after she left the Bravo series. However, he argued that the agreement should be nulled because she never told him about her plans to return to the reality TV program. Williams announced her comeback the same month she filed for divorce.
The displeased ex claimed Williams made "approximately $8,000,000 to $9,000,000" in 2024, noting that the sum proved she was not in financial distress or in need of sum stipulated in their prenup. As stated, Guobadia was ordered to pay Williams $40,000 for 14 months in spousal support.

Williams got candid about her decision to leave Guobadia in June, claiming her ex was no longer the man she loved. The Blast shared that she was unbothered by the massive age gap between them because her former flame made her feel safe and treasured.
Unfortunately, the bonds that once held them together started to loosen when Guobadia's citizenship became an issue. Williams alleged that she repeatedly tried to help her ex-husband resolve his complex legal status and even hired an immigration lawyer.
However, Guobadia was uncooperative, leading to heated disputes that skyrocketed on Valentine's Day in 2024. "Could tell that he was just pretty much checked out of the relationship at that point," Williams said about the last straw that ended their marriage.
