Christina Haack’s Third Husband Walked Away with Two Homes, Luxury Cars & $300K in Jaw-dropping Divorce Settlement

After one year of numerous court visits and legal negotiations, Christina Haack and her ex-husband, Josh Hall, have finally closed their love story legally.

The TV personality's third husband is walking away from their marriage with houses, landed properties, and several cars. 

Haack and Hall tied the knot in 2021 and then filed for divorce in 2024. They had no kids together during their marriage. 

Hall walked away from the marriage with a piece of land in California, a house, and a condo in Tennessee. He will also collect a 2022 luxury Bentley from his ex-wife and will retain ownership of four additional cars and a motorcycle, including a 1982 DeLorean and a 1947 Dodge. 

On the monetary front, US Weeklyconfirmed that the real estate entrepreneur received a one-time payment of $300,000 from Hall. He will maintain all his bank accounts and is not required to pay his ex-wife the $100,000 she gave him as an advance for legal bills in the divorce proceedings. 

Although Hall originally requested spousal support, he later withdrew his request, and now neither party will receive spousal support from the other, having waived their rights to it.

When Hall initially placed his request, Haack shut it down, claiming that he diverted money from one of her rental businesses into his personal account and, as such, didn't need spousal support. 

On the other hand, Haack will maintain her businesses and will keep her houses in California and Tennessee. She will maintain all her personal bank accounts and keep two cars, returning one to Hall. 

Hall filed for divorce from Haack in 2024 due to "irreconcilable differences." In May 2025, the latter confirmed that their divorce had been finalized, with her representative saying, "Christina is pleased to confirm that a settlement has been reached through mediation. She extends her sincere appreciation to her attorney, Laura Wasser, and her team for their professional guidance and support throughout the process."

After Hall and Haack's divorce was finalized, the former took to social media to throw shade at his ex-wife. Hall shared in an Instagram post that he was excited to spend his Labor Day weekend in his "real reality," hinting at the end of their divorce. 

"Finally, legally divorced and a free man. I've always worked hard, kept what's mine, and declined handouts, and I'm keeping it that way," he added. 

The real estate mogul further shared his biggest takeaway from his marriage to the 42-year-old star, "Lesson learned: don't marry someone who needs constant public validation and will use your personal drama for attention." 

Hall isn't the only one who has something negative to say about the highly publicized three-year union.

During an episode of Haack's new show, "The Flip Off," she shared deep regrets about her marriage to Hall during a candid conversation with her friend. 

As reported by The Blast, the HGTV reality star ranted to her friend about how Hall's alleged greed was stopping the divorce from moving forward. She told her friend she wished she had made different decisions regarding her marriage to the real estate businessman. 

She accused Hall of trying to "retire" her off completely, saying that she would've gotten a prenup if she knew better. Alternatively, she would've "never" married Hall in the first place. 

Haack further accused her ex-husband of stalling the divorce because he wanted a large payout. 

"Court? Oh, it got postponed because he made a horrible offer. He asked for $3.5 million from me," she said.

In the past, she had once revealed that her former flame had requested $65,000 per month in spousal support, which he strongly denied. 

After her divorce, Haack reportedly began to face health challenges.

The Blast reported that she has now been forced to reduce her workload and is dealing with symptoms such as headaches, body aches, and tiredness. 

A source reported that the 42-year-old star is now "doing more meditation and carving out quiet time for herself when she gets downtime from her busy work schedule." 

The real estate investor will also prioritize being outside and strolling on the beach because it "calms her down."
